I recently used this song in the beginning of a youtube video I made (although it's a bit crappy compared to my SCP videos, and I probably won't finish the series as a result).  The video can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSJDn5r19EQ
I came up with the portion at the beginning, and kinda just threw it all together from there.  I had started working on finishing the percussion, but sorta got bored and stopped after I threw in that little clap near the end, so in a way, it's unfinished, but at the same time, it doesn't really matter.  It was intended to loop at first, but I decided to make it so it was a complete thing instead.  I forget why though. XD  The reason for the name comes from how much this tune reminded me of another song I heard once called "Can You Hear Me?".  I don't know why.  It just reminds me of that song for some reason, so I called it Phone Connection.
