On this week's editions we welcome @swann-decamme

A psychedelic, intoxicating and unique groove that surprises and transports. This is the main ingredient of the growing success of Swann Decamme, a Stakhanovite of electronic music. 
Founder of the Parisian label Curiosity Music, this French DJ and producer shines with a tech house to minimal style and a pronounced taste for hypnotic loops and sound waves. Combining groovy rhythms and synthetic melodies in the studio, Swann creates chiseled and structured tracks that penetrate directly into the brain, like powerful psychotropic for music lovers.

The quality of his productions signed on prestigious labels is recognized by the public but also by renowned artists, such as the Master Richie Hawtin, who playlisted his tracks during major performances at Time Warp Mannheim, EXIT Festival in Novi Sad and Dour Festival, Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Stacey Pullen and Luciano just to name the most prominent.

The globe trotter Swann Decamme has toured a good amount of European and Central American clubs. His last tour allowed him to play in Colombia, Dominican Republic, Saint-Martin as well as London, Barcelona and Paris. Since 2018, he has also officiated as a resident of Paris’ CURIOUS parties. And, last but not least, this year he gave birth to L’Amour à la Plage, a new kind of events mixing music, art, games, good food and above all freedom, in breathtaking places. With his legendary friend John Acquaviva as main guest, the first edition held in the Caribbean was a great success.

Once upon a time I've been on a 4 day hike in Georgia. 

To Ushguli, a world heritage site in the Caucasus mountains. A world heritage site because of the war towers on every house. They have to hate their neighbors. Which are like 5. 

On the first day a cute, young stray dog joined us. We called him Baku. In the evening he got chased away by the biggest dog I have ever seen. We were worried. More than a day later he joined us again. We were very happy. He risked his life by crossing a river which we passed on a horse. The melodic majesticalness reminded me of the monstrous mountains. 

I miss Baku. I think he is still out there. Enslaving the massive hound who once chased him away.

What started as a music jamming production session with my brother Seth Hosko in LA has been wrapped! “Seth Eats Spacey Breakbeats for Breakfast” is my latest original track and can’t wait to play this for humans in the flesh in a dance floor coming soon!

Backstory: We had gone to bed early to hit the studio in the morning. With both Ableton sessions linked and my Push controller loaded Seth commanded - “Give me a Breakbeat!” - I had never written a breakbeat pattern in my life, so I reached deep into my best “Bicep vibes" while he laid out the spacey synths and the squelching acid house stabs. (Seth sounds at their best). 45 mins flew by and we had this infectious 4-bar loop... and yet none of the session had been saved by the time breakfast was ready. In a little bit of a panic I knew I had to give this file a name before the work was lost!...

And so it was born, the vision of my friend Seth, eating cereal 🥣 (made out of breakbeats) for breakfast.
