Cassandra Kaczor is a pianist-composer currently working in Chicago, Illinois. She has been formally trained in piano (18 years) and composition (5 years). She has had the pleasure of performing in well-known venues such as Severence Hall’s Reinberger Chamber Hall, in her native city of Cleveland, Ohio, the Academie International de Musique de Colombes in Colombes, France and Miller Auditorium in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

When she is not doing music-things, Kaczor enjoys practicing the martial art of Muay Thai, songwriting, long runs on Lake Michigan, ogling strangers' dogs while out walking, good drinks, good company, and chronically overthinking as much as possible.

Evocative folk/pop chanteuse Jill Goldberg released her sophomore release, “Girl, Polite” in April 2011. Produced by Mark Turrigiano (Ingrid Michaelson, Lissy Trullie), the 6-track EP is a musical exploration of identity, transition, and empowerment, drawing inspiration from personal experience and the world around her. Armed with a sound that reflects Sheryl Crow’s pop/rock sensibility, Sara Barielles’ vocal prowess, Basia Bulat’s poignant poetry, and Sarah McLachlan’s graceful delivery, “Girl, Polite” provides a solid testament to Jill’s burgeoning musicianship and undeniable spirit.
 
Over the course of her career, Jill’s music has been featured prominently on the Martha Stewart Show and Ralph Lauren’s Big Pony Collection campaign. Her song “Travel On” was selected as a finalist in the worldwide songwriting contest Song of the Year in 2007. Jill has also been featured in local and national print (including Performer Magazine) and is also receiving airplay on Pandora Radio, Women of Substance Radio, Cape Cod Radio and other radio stations across the country.

Jill is a regular at some of Chicago's best piano bars including Zebra Lounge, Redhead Piano Bar, The Tack Room, Sluggers, and Howl at the Moon, performing an all request, sing-a-long show. Jill is also a singer/songwriter and has released two EPs.  Her song “Travel On” was selected as a finalist in the worldwide songwriting contest Song of the Year in 2007. Her music has also been licensed for television.
