NazcarNation was founded by coworkers Chris Wargo and Craig Robert Smith in Los Angeles, CA in late 2008.  They immediately began working on song ideas in Wargo's apartment studio.  Their sound combined the hip-hop and dubstep influences of Wargo with the melodic, ambient leanings of Smith.  

After taking trips to a cabin in Lake Arrowhead for inspiration and to track the louder bits with drummer/multi-instrumentalist Mark Balane (also a coworker) they had the framework completed for their live set.  NazcarNation crowd-tested their sample heavy grooves to packed venues in LA such as The Hollywood Standard, The Viper Room, and SPACE15TWENTY.  

While mainly instrumental in the beginning, the songs were expanded to include vocals and gave the overall sound a pop leaning.  The end of the beginning came in Summer of 2010 when they completed their debut EP, "Dynazty", which is mastered by Nic Pope at Different Fur Studios in San Francisco.

Born on February of 1991 in the desert of Arizona. After falling in love with the sounds of Electronica & EDM at an early age, PIECE (A.K.A. Warren Vaughan) discovered the power of bass music & high energy sounds. Attending his first event in 2001 at a warehouse in downtown Phoenix Arizona, PIECE carried on to eventually buy his own gear and started DJing in 2006.

Playing his first gig at an underground warehouse in Tucson, quickly progressing into his true love for House Music & Electro, PIECE started developing a solid skill to keep dance floors alive and moving all night long. In 2009, PIECE started hosting & coordinating events while also holding down a slot just about every weekend for almost two years straight, providing some of the best times ever for after hours in Southern Arizona.

PIECE continues to promote and perform for the nightlife culture & electronic dance music scene to this day; showing solid attitude, love, passion, and respectful gain for his drive to keep mixing. PIECE has earned his place filling slots at various events featuring talent such as MINDBENDER, HYPERACTIVE, TRANZIT, MICHELLE SPARKS, DONALD GLAUDE, JON BISHOP, SPECIMEN A, MARK FARINA, & MANY MORE. To this day, PIECE provides an un-refusable energy, feeding crowds & dance floors where ever he ends up.
