Mixaholic Sessions - Morning Glory


DJ Seamus, aka Michael McGrath, is the producer for Real Nice Audio Productions (RNA) Sydney Australia.

I grew up in a blue-collar workers area and played saxophone, clarinet, since I was 14 years old.
As part of the AHS concert and big bands. 
I also participated in the recording of an album for the AHS Concert Band, Big Band, at EMI studios in  Sydney. It was not long after I was asked to play for the Sydney Wind Ensemble.

My musical highlight at the time was playing for Lady Dianna and Prince Charles at the Opera House as the drummer for the AHS Jazz Band.

Alongside this, I decided to follow a career as an electrical engineer obtaining a diploma. Then, after 15 years working for Honeywell as a Senior Electrical Engineer, I entered the IT industry and have worked there since 1999. 

As "DJ Seamus," I was introduced into the Sydney rave party scene in 1991, and I still DJ and produce mixed compilations. During that time, I started Real Nice Audio Productions in 1997 and managed our own events, and had a great response. Real Nice Audio then operated until 2003, at which point I focused on other interests for some time. 

I have now restarted my interest with Real Nice Audio Productions and currently have released a number of CD's/MP3's under the "Mixaholic House Sessions" so far this year and will release more over the coming months under the "Mixaholic Sessions" mix series.

My company Real Nice Audio Productions were responsible for parties from 1997 until 2003 and were received with open arms by the dance community and with the new spark of interest I will be producing/remixing via Real Nice Audio's label.

We will continue in the style of the past and delivering the best house and trance the EDM scene has to offer.

I will be featuring all styles of EDM from TRANCE, DEEP HOUSE, HOUSE, PROGRESSIVE HOUSE, TECH HOUSE AND ELECTRO HOUSE.
