Fusion Underground are a trio of highly talented, Electronic music DJ/Artists, all based in Ireland's capital Dublin. We are honoured to be able to showcase their work, every month on Subcode, a brilliant online radio platform. 

Our Exclusive Series show airs every 4th Thursday at 20.00hrs GMT in an ideal time slot to get your weekend started early.

Exclusive Series Presents Fusion Underground (Subcode Monthly)

Gerard Bozyk is a Polish DJ, residing in Dublin, Ireland.  With his innovative and forward thinking approach he is never afraid to dig deeper when selecting his music for his DJ sets & podcasts.  Gerard has been passionate about electronic music for almost two decades now.  

Currently he holds a spot on the infamous Proton radio based in USA where he hosts his monthly show Metropolis. His podcasts have been featured numerous times in ten most listened mixes on the station including couple of no. 1 spots. 

His greatest achievement to date is winning Decode magazine's Mix of the month competition back in 2016.  Gerard has also released two exclusive compilations for Spotify & Apple music for Proton music and its sub label Particles, along with the second one for Sound Avenue & 3rd Avenue which are one of the most respected progressive house labels.

In June of 2019 he joined forces with local heroes ''Melodic'' on support duties for Khen (Lost & Found, Ajunadeep, Bedrock) which was one of most memorable nights to date.

As a part of ''Fusion Underground'' DJ collective he is currently working on the launch of new club nights in Dublin, plus some forthcoming projects with the Exclusive Series to be announced soon.

Having been DJing for over 15 years now, C-lyn's passion for progressive electronic music has gone nowhere but up. 

It all started at a Philadelphia area warehouse rave back when she was a teenager.  But her passion really exploded when she finally heard the legends themselves, Sasha and Digweed, at the famous NYC club Twilo. A short while after it was her music and DJ friends encouraged her to try a little DJing herself, as it was obvious to them that music was part of her.   

C-Lyn has since established herself by being invited to be a guest on Frisky Radio multiple times, has had a 3 year long residency on the former Progressive Beats Radio and now holds a residency every 3rd Saturday of the month on Subcode Radio.  

C-Lyn's style is a combination of deep and dark tech driven prog which always promises to take you on a musical journey you won't be quick to forget.

The Exclusive Series - Episode 15 - C-Lyn

Long renowned for his passion, dedication & flawless mixing and marathon DJ sets, and having just been voted 75th of all time best DJ of in the world by Dash Berlin World; Anthony Pappa’s unique trademark defining “track selection, journey build, & precision mixing skills” coupled with his overall way of making things just pop has seen him become one of Australia’s most successful DJ exports.
 
Originally from Melbourne, Anthony’s DJ career began at the age of 15 where he won the DMC mixing championship. At the age of 20, frustrated at being halfway around the world from where the music he loved was happening, he moved to the UK’s capital, London, to follow his passion & love of music & Djing. The move was not in vain as it wasn’t long before his talents were picked up by a core group of the UK’s biggest DJ’s who together & forged a strong squad of players that would shape the sounds that have been constantly evolving and always pushing the boundaries over the last two decades and will continue to do so for many years to come byAnthony & others alike.
 
To date, having a history of 35 years within the electronic music industry (clubs,festivals, parties) and having world renowned Origin Agency and Poster Child Agency on Anthony’s side, he has forged constant touring & success throughout South America, Mexico, Europe & Australia. With various tours seeing him, in one year, having a touring schedule including just over 100 performances at various clubs and festivals over the globe he never disappoints his fans.
 
Alongside DJing & continuing to build a reputation for his un-parallel mixing skills, set programming plus the ability to adapt to whatever club environment he finds himself in.  Production was & is still is key to Anthony’s success. His use of musical knowledge of chord structures and melodic phrasing to make sure everything is mixed in key is evident in every track he seamlessly blends / mixes together.  
 
Key tracks produced include: with high profile releases including his massive
collaboration with King Unique called “Vamoosh” released on Bedrock and long time classic Freefall “Skydive” on Stress Records which was UK/European number 1 hit single in the charts.
 
With numerous club anthem singles, remixes plus 6 mix compilations (2 at 200,000 + in sales) he has been released on labels including Sony/BMG, Platipus Records, System Recordings, EQ (Grey), Darkbeat Recordings ‘Darkbeat 10th Anniversary Collection’ and most notably on Boxed Global Underground Nubreed series.
 
Mixed compilations for Renaissance and was the first DJ to be selected for the
Global Underground Nu Breed series which saw him, play over 70 cities around the world and amass sales of over 50,000 copies of the release. Anthony has also done mixes for the cover mount CD for DJ Mag’s coveted Top 100 DJ’s edition receiving high praise from all the big hitters and industry professionals alike.

The Exclusive Series - Episode 17 - Anthony Pappa

Welcome to our The Exclusive Series Mix for October '21, and it's the first B2B of the series.  We are delighted to welcome Scotland's Stevie Reid and Steven Doyle.

Stemming from Depeche Mode, Stevie Reid always had an interest in dark electronic music when growing up, but  it was seeing Leftfield live in 1996 which set him on the path to the progressive house that he loves.  He became interested in DJing from 2006, but it quickly became an obsession that has never left him.

By 2011 hd had played regularly at Edinburgh club night Karnival (often alongside Steven Doyle), and thanks to his friend, Kev Wright (producer and veteran of the Edinburgh club scene) he was able to get involved in some production, seeing several tracks released together.

After a few years feeling disconnected from the scene, he resumed recording mixes regularly in 2016, and never looked back. In the last four years he's been fortunate enough to have an entry to a mix competition picked out by Quivver, appear on Gai Barone’s Patterns show, and do guest mixes for Saturo Sounds, 21C Progressive House and Progressive House UK – after which, they asked him to become resident with them.

The biggest highlight of all was undoubtedly playing a gig in New York with two of his closest friends, including Steven, in 2018.  "I’ve been lucky enough to know Stevie D for 15 years, and we are rarely happier than when in the mix together. We are truly honoured to have been asked to put this mix together for Il Modo, and we hope you enjoy listening to it, as much as we enjoyed making it."

Steven Doyle is originally from coastal East Lothian but now based in Edinburgh.  Enjoying very broad musical tastes that influenced him over the years, his parents loved a party, and their music definitely influenced him.

"I was into early gangsta rap in 90s, then Leftfield,Daft punk etc , whilst working in a kitchen as a teenager in a Saturday, i listened to Pete tong, Danny Rampling then Tim Westwood before finishing work and heading home for the essential mix later!"

Steven hooked on clubbing during the early days of prog , 2000 onwards it was every weekend nearly. "My love of clubbing and music has never stopped from those days."

"I've always just considered myself a bedroom DJ more than anything but I love mixing tunes , especially with Stevie Reid who I have had the opportunity to perform with many times in the past. 
Our Friday evening party in Williamsburg , next door to Output, was one of the most surreal experiences ever."

"The hours, nights, days and weekends we have spent playing tunes at parties and after parties is  unthinkable! Not very much makes us happier ❤️
It had been so long during the pandemic when we couldn't even see each other , let alone play tunes together.

Hello and welcome to our 1st Exclusive Series (with Subcode) of 2023. Featuring the skills and talents of Dublin's unique trio of Electronic music artists. Each month we highlight each of our DJ's, with a 2 hour set aired every 4th Thursday of the month. 

January 2023 saw Khankra take to the decks. Dave always brings a unique style to his set's, often mixing in classics from the past, along with big dance floor anthems.  ENJOY!

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Khankra’s passion for electronic music started at a young age and has continued to evolve with time. Khankra’s roots have always been entwined in hypnotic grooves, rolling basslines and driving melodies.

At 17 he purchased his first set of 1210’s and from there he began forging a name for himself in the Dublin scene, playing at nights across some of the city’s best clubs like The Redbox, The Pod, the Button Factory, Traffic, Mono, The Chocolate Bar.

After somewhat of a hiatus from the scene, in 2014 Khankra had the opportunity to warm up for industry icon, and personal hero, Sasha at The Button Factory.

Following this, Khankra teamed up with the Melodic Residents and handed the headphones over to some other industry legends during this time, including Nick Warren, Sebastien Leger, Los Soruba, The Drifter and Guy J on a number of memorable occasions.

In late 2019, Khankra teamed up with DJ’s Glenn Molloy, Soulfinder and Ger Bozyk to form Fusion Underground. Since then the group have started the Fusion Underground Mix series, which has had some excellent support across the industry and continues to grow.

Khankra has a number of Production projects in play, adding to his releases already on Compatible Records. We should also expect to see Khankra and some top acts playing at Fusion Underground gigs in the near future!

February 2023 saw Glenn Molloy take to the decks. Glenn always brings a wide range of genres to his set's, often mixing in his own unreleased projects, alongside guaranteed floor fillers, creating a vibe unique to him.

Glenn Molloy is a Dublin-based DJ/producer specialising in melodic house and techno (as Gorgonoize). A fan of the scene since as far back as he can remember, sneaking into his brother's room to listen to rave mixtapes as a kid!

To Glenn, the transition from clubbing to DJing occurred fluidly and naturally, and he soon began to work as a resident DJ for a number of city centre venues, gaining warm up gigs for national festivals, and a weekly radio show on TWO of Dublin’s best underground stations over time.   

Glenn is now collaborating with fellow Dubliners Soulfinder and Khankra on an events brand called Fusion Underground and is finally realising his ambitions. He has music under two aliases on OLD SQL, Mirabilis, Pro B Tech, and BC2 as Glenn Molloy, plus a release under his tougher tech nom de plume, Gorgonoize, on Opilec music. Enjoy the mix!

March 2023 saw Soulfinder take to the decks. Steve always brings a unique style to his set's, often mixing in his own edit's of current and classic tracks, fresh ID's and unreleased mixes of his own content. DO NOT MISS!

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Stephen Hogg (Soulfinder) has had a passion and a love for electronic music from a very young age. Inspired by artists such as Sasha, and other monoliths of progressive house music. Stephen knew it was his destiny to eventually follow in the footsteps of these musical masterminds and carve a niche of his own, as Soulfinder.

Naturally this form was something that his passion and love had evolved itself into and Soulfinder quickly began to learn the ropes and make a lot of headway in a very short time period. Before long he had his very first release published on Outside the Box Music (owned and operated by Eelke Kleijn). In 2009 he was voted best newcomer and his debut album Wasteland was voted album of the year on Swiss National Radio. That led to him preforming at the legendary Love festival that year.

Fast forward to 2023, he has now released on labels such as Blackhole Recordings, Spring Tube and Soundteller, amongst many others. 

Stephen, alongside Khankra & Gorgonoize now form Fusion Underground, earning many accolades and projects of their own and together, expect more from three of Ireland's higher quality electronic artists.

Glenn warmed a near capacity crowd up to fever pitch with his own brand of dancefloor mayhem!

Exclusive Series on Subcode - May 2023 Gorgonoize

@rezasafiniamusic is a multi-instrumentalist composer and producer based in Los Angeles. With eclecticism at the heart of his methodology, his work spans multiple genres as well as industries, ranging from classical compositions for major film scores to electronic music production. Safinia has worked with several acclaimed artists such as Britney Spears, Akala, and Dr. Dre, and has toured with Destiny's Child.

In the film and television industry, the artist has worked as a composer for soundtracks on projects such as the 2016 Nicolas Cage film The Trust, the 2014 film adaptation of Stephen King’s Mercy, and the Cinemax period martial arts show, Warrior, originally conceived by Bruce Lee and produced by Justin Lin.

Reza has a lifelong interest in Eastern philosophies and martial arts. As a yoga teacher as well as a Daoist, the producer’s artistry is often expressed as a fusion of two worlds, marrying classical orchestration with elements of contemporary electronic music. This melding of diverse soundscapes allows for an immersive and cinematic harmony in his music.

Safinia will be releasing two albums in 2021, Yin and Yang. The former is a classical music album that studies the feminine energy, expressed in a tranquil contemplative musicality. The latter takes on a masculine form as an electronic production, consisting of progressive house, techno, and electronica, with both albums working as a holistic and meditative body of work exploring cosmic connections.

TGSV Guests #5 - Jake Bugajski

As winter whispers its way in on the northern hemisphere, we're unwrapping our latest mix, 'Borealis 2023.' ❄️

Starting with the gentle sparkle of organic house, the mix progresses into the world of harder progressive beats. You can hear 8 unreleased tracks in the mix. Six of these will be released on Plaisirs Sonores and are set to dazzle your ears in the first months of 2024. 

You can hear our new tracks 'Black Box' and 'Beyond Spacetime'. Both will be released on January 5th on Plaisirs Sonores. 

You can also hear for the first time the incredible remix of Karmon for our track 'Time We Spent Together'. It will be released end of February alongside the Makebo remix that we've been playing for a while now.

Hello and welcome to the Exclusive Series (with Subcode) Featuring the skills and talents of Dublin's unique trio of Electronic music artists, Fusion Underground.

Each month we highlight each of our DJ's Glenn Molloy/Gorgonoize, Soulfinder and Khakra, with a 2 hour set aired every 4th Thursday of the month.

For August 2024, it is back to Glenn Molloy for yet another outstanding two hours, blending a variety of genres in his first online mix for a while.

Glenn Molloy is a Dublin-based DJ/producer specialising in Melodic House and techno (as Gorgonoize). A fan of the scene since as far back as he can remember, sneaking into his brother's room to listen to rave mixtapes as a kid!

To Glenn, the transition from clubbing to DJing occurred fluidly and naturally, and he soon began to work as a resident DJ for a number of city centre venues, gaining warm up gigs for national festivals, and a weekly radio show on TWO of Dublin’s best underground stations over time.

Glenn is now collaborating with fellow Dubliners Soulfinder and Khankra on an events brand called Fusion Underground and is finally realising his ambitions. He releases multi genre music under his two aliases on OLD SQL, Mirabilis, Pro B-Tech, Opilec, Anomaly, Dissident, and last but not least, the world renowned Perfecto Black, whose owner Paul Oakenfold has also been known to drop Glenn's tracks in his radio shows.

Glenn also has a new release on Lonya's renowned Asymetric label, and has had his tracks featured on the label boss's Floating Point sets, as well as support from Djs like Niki Sadeki for Manual music, and several guest mixes on Frisky too. The future is bright, enjoy the mix!
