Today our travels take us back to one of our favourite spots, Scotland! Well known for her talented DJ's our third visit her doesn't disappoint. A Big friend of all the groups and stations he's played on, PFG give it up, for Garry Howden!

Garry has been DJ'ing since 1991, where as an 11 year old he used to play older hardcore tracks from the 90s scene . Then at the age of 16 he fell in love with the trance sound of the time,  soon evolving into Progressive House. It was here he discovered Sasha, John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren & many more. This naturally led to him and his best friend Allan to run their own nights in their hometown, called Dysfunktion. It was here Garry would hone his DJ skills, warming up for the likes of John 00 Fleming, Slam and Fergie. Today he still collects many records from this style of music and has loved the Progressive sound, both new and classic, ever since. He continues to play after moving to the States, and for this mix Garry turns back the clock to the golden era! ENJOY!

This week, we've not so far to travel. The Podcast has landed back in Dublin and one of her brightest and newest talents. Resident of one of the biggest nights in the capital, and releases on ICONYC & NaturaSonis under his belt already, we're sure this man is destined for big things. PFG give it up, for Gavin Rochford!!

Sligo-born DJ and producer, Gavin Rochford has, over the last few years started to become a known contributor to the Progressive and Melodic scene with his production skills, while also pushing his DJ output in his current home of Dublin. Gavin can be found playing in clubs like Opium and Tengu with the Melodic Dublin crew, where he has become a trusted resident of their long running events and club night.
As a resident of Melodic, this has seen Gavin support some of the biggest names in melodic house, from Sebastien Leger and Matthias Meyer, to Guy J and Henry Saiz on a regular basis. This, coupled with his production skills, has seen Gavin release on labels like Sound Avenue, MNL, ICONYC and most recently, catching the eye of Henry Saiz‘ Natura Sonoris label, winning their Quarantine Demo competition and releasing a track on the label earlier this year.

PFG The Progcast  - Episode 42 - Gavin Rochford

Hello Everyone and welcome to another edition of PFG's Exclusive Progcasts, our weekly trek around the world of Planet Prog.

From the South, to the North, and we've taken the M1 out of Dublin all the way into Belfast, a trip quite a few of us at PFG are used to! We love NI, and this weeks DJ is one of the many reasons why. Well used to spinning mixes for us at PFG, this is his fourth mix in total. If this is the first time your hearing one, I can guarentee it won't be your last. Crew, give it up for Aiden Burgess!!!

Hailing from just outside Belfast in NI, Aiden got into buying early House and Techno records, and anything else that caught his ear when he was 16 years old. His love for buying them eventually led to him grabbing a set of old  SL12010 Technics when he was 17. Aiden's main influences back then where Sasha, John Digweed, Dave Seaman and many more. He's DJed in one of Northern Irelands classic clubs, Charlie Haggarty's in Bangor, and he has also ran his own club nights in the past.These club nights aired on a monthly basis at Rosie Scotts in Comber NI. That venture lasted roughly 2 years and in that time he had to design his own posters to promote his night and also hire speakers and lighting! Aiden has also won a Dj competition held by Mixmaster Records in Belfast were he was competing against 40 other DJ's. His hour long mix won the prize for £100s worth of records. His main styles of music would be Classics, Deep house, Electronica, Breaks, Progressive House and Techno. He has a massive passion for music and is constanstly sourcing new music for new mixes, just like this one!

PFG The Progcast - Episode 43 - Aiden Burgess

Hello and welcome to another episode of PFG's Exclusive weekly Progcast, as we travel around the globe in search of those perfect progressive beats. Today for the last podcast of 2020, the tour has finally landed in Germany! Home of some of the biggest names in our scene, and also home to one of our biggest and most special friends. Amongst other things he was one of the four DJs asked to compile last years End Of Year Mix, so we think it only fitting the last episode of this year should go to him. Ladies & Gents.... Felix!!!|

Felix Luettringhouse is a DJ and Producer from Heidelberg, Germany. 

His style can be described as either slow-rolling or progressive house/techno, but he is also no stranger to straighter industrial beats or calmer, more peaceful music. 
Having played at Ministry of Sound in London, some well-known German locations, such as Tresor, Grießmühle and Suicide Circus in Berlin and every club in his hometown, he has proven himself capable of adjusting to any setting, but still delivers his unique sound every time he gets the chance to do so!!
