We are proud to present our 11th Exclusive Series with Liverpool's Kenny Muir.  

Kenny has been DJing for nearly 25 years now and he says "I have gone through every style of shirt, haircut and music in that time. I enjoy it now more than ever".  

On the second Saturday of every month he hosts the 303 radio show on Melodic Distraction Radio which he really loves. "We’ve got some great guests coming up this year, so it’s well worth tuning in. "

Kenny is a co-founder of the well known and loved '303 Events', the leading progressive house and melodic techno event in Liverpool.  He really enjoys running 303 Events, which he now runs with Zoe Allan.   In recent years 303 has brought Brands and Artists including The Soundgarden, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Nick Warren, Henry Saiz, Patrice Baumel to play sell out parties at the Invisible Wind Factory, Constellations & The Williamson Tunnels. 

"We have big plans in place to return when it’s safe and sensible to do so and we cannot wait to share these with you.  And I’m so grateful for all the support and enthusiasm we’ve received."

This mix is sensational, and there is no better way to describe it than with a few words from Kenny about the inspiration behind it...

"I was thrilled when I got the message through from the guys, i've really enjoyed the Exclusive Series so it's a real pleasure to be asked to be part of it.

I started to think about what the goal was for this mix and decided that it had to make me feel like I wanted to be on that dance floor again losing myself in the music. 

With that in mind I started to collect tracks that would build the mix up with a solid groove whilst always making room for plenty of vocals which I am always partial to.

I wanted to build up the mix slowly and tracks such as Satoshi Fumi's Celestrial (Death On The Balcony Remix) and Nohan's Four Walls (Lost Desert Mix) were perfect choices.

Keeping a high tempo throughout the last 2 peak hours was essential so stand out tracks for me were Stan Kolev's Revelations, Arbat & Dino Lenny's Fading & Gus Gus Featherlight (Johannes Brecht Remix).

I finished the mix with a nod back to the 303 Henry Saiz party were I played the same Kirsty Henshaw - Its a Fine Day (James Holden Remix) as it is the perfect closer.

Putting this together made me crave those eyes shut, hands up moments where you are taken to another place surrounded by your friends.
  
I'm so looking forward to the day that we are all re-united.
