Super happy to welcome our good friend Dichas (@dichoso88) to the series! 

Passionate about both electronic and not electronic music, he is a Dj and promoter based in Madrid who likes to move between different tempos of the leftfield side of dance music. Coming from the underground Madrid’s scene with his dear skating collective Sevenmad, he has developed a sophisticated approach that granted him a place into the clubbing scene and the music fashion world.

 The mix is about an hour of slow jams that serves both your sunny mornings or the first couple drinks of a long sweaty night.

His sound spectrum is somewhere between dubstep, trap, juke and autonomous D&B.
His own productions are dark, experimental and broken.
With his first attempts since 1991, he has been an integral part of the electronic underground scene since 1996 at the latest.
These days he is also co-organiser of Kode Dubstep and Urban Future.

Finland's secret weapon in Berlin makes indeed a »Vorstoss In Die Tiefe« aka »foray into the depths« as the opener indicates. A foray to where the »Hauki« lives and catches his prey - what a lovely yet dangerous tune. »Book Of Alex« is more on the dreamy side of house music whereas »Manhattan« evokes car rides through a rainy New York night. But it doesn't take long until the »Sunrise In Mellenhof« - a very trippy sunrise that is. But Sasse wouldn't be Sasse if he wouldn't be able to throw in a downbeat tune like »JP-4« to surprise you, the loyal listener. Now all you gotta do is listen. Listen deep.

Sisyphos Strand 2018

Matt is a great former Toronto dj now moved to Berlin. He's clearly steeped himself in all the amazing music there  and what's come back to us from this visit is a mindblowing trip across genres and decades. 

This was a fun last set for a great day that saw children dancing in the sand, lots of boats pulled up offshore,  people making out in the dancefloor,  and some killer dancing. Imagine that as you listen, and remember this all came out of a thundering KV2 sound rig.

My heart swells with sadness-anger-madness-powerlessness often, when I tune into the current state of affairs on the planet…Music is my remedy, my medicine, my soothing balm to uplift and empower my mind and soul…Tapping into it’s healing frequencies, it’s warm embrace, allows me to feel the hope that my life has purpose, that the path of humanity has it's golden purpose, that there are infinite possibilites always available...

In this 3rd juicy birth of the Vaganika Shamanika series, I sampled the late-great American-Poet Maya Angelou, her epic poem "Still I Rise”…This is my battle-cry-booty-call for the Global Awakening of the hearts of humanity, in the form of a musical mix-sound-collage...this is my humble offering to the world, my offering to the feminine within us all (completely beyond gender concepts) that longs to heal us and open our hearts WIDE open, our whole beings wide open to BEAUTY AND TRUTH in the face of adversity.

Shout-outs go to all the human-Womb-Warriors of radical love, kindness & truth that realize that none of us get out of here alive, and there is no time to waste on doubts of whether or not one is worthy of shining their truth in their lives…It’s time to RISE the F UP, from the inside-out:  together, locally, globally.   For 7 x7 Generations to come, for all of our relations.
