Kevin Beamish, Certified Diamond Award Winning Producer with Multi-Platinum hits once produced Sargent Tucker, and recently told him, “I believed in you then, and I believe in you now. Just keep doing real R&B, I think there’s a resurgence coming.” 

Sargent Tucker’s (ST)was born in New Orleans and inherited that large musical arsenal. This  musical trait shows as many of his single releases have Charted in the Top (#10), with a few Charting (#1). ST’s versatility and unique artistry is evident in his musical repertoire. He clearly illustrates this by releasing a variety of music with diverse styles. 

 Sargent Tucker  describes how some of his track contain elements of his Jazz and Funk Roots”. "I can attest that his music is sophisticated, with up-tempo tracks bringing the funk". ST continues to show how serious he takes his craft. A high note for was being part of the happiness movement. His song “I AM Happy” was selected as the theme song for the I Am Happy Project, which resulted in ST being the featured performer at Hollywood’s Global Happiness Day. Honorees included Will Smith, Ellen Degeneres, Goldie Hawn, and Robbie Williams. ST also  wrote “Stop Telling Me”, while recording with his band “Two Things In One”, which was featured on the Ace Records 2011 Grammy Nominated “Music City Story” Compilation CD/Album liner notes.  Subsequently, Sargent Tucker, along with his former group TTIO, was inducted into the Bay Area Blues Society’s 2013 “West Coast Blues Hall of Fame”. “Come See Me”, written by ST while signed to Macola Records was featured on the “SUN SET STRIP” Compilation Album with Hip Hop Pioneers: N.W.A (Ice Cube) and Dr. Dre’s “World Class Wreckin’ Cru.” Shortly afterwards, ST attracted the attention of legendary producer Kevin Beamish who produced ST while  in Los Angeles.
Sargent Tucker, continues his musical partnership with Grammy Nominated Producer Levi Seacer, former Music Director of the late PRINCE, who oversees his production.  Since, 2016, Charting (#1), most of ST’s singles have reached the top #10, with a few again Charting (#1), I'm "I'm In Need (For Your Touch) "London Music Radio" (LMC) 2023, and recent, "No One Can Replace You" (Remixed) "The Urban Influencer" February, 2025. Sargent Tucker is continuously writing, arranging, and recording  new material. These recent effort have increased his musical catalog of original masters for his anticipated future full length Albums.
In addition, ST is currently rehearsing with his band, and eager to take it back to the stage!
