This track took a few days to write and is a culmination of some very early ideas previously recorded in collage.

Growing up with bands such as Tool, Deftones and Pumpkins, I have always had a place in my heart for heavy music. Distortion, syncopation and a high levels of energy output.

Listening back to extremely early (and primitive) recordings of myself made me want to re-create the sound I was trying to achieve back then, and this is what I created.

Space is a huge factor in this song; the fast paced growing sound contained in the beginning crescendo in comparison to the section just after which uses heaps of space, almost falling silent at the 1:29 mark.
