Conjured by fellow Swiss soul-stirrer Fabio Aurea, it’s a glimmering slice of cosmically charged house that’s ready and waiting for the sunny season ahead… Especially now it’s backed with these three exceptional updates. 

Crosstown Rebels’ Serge Devant takes the lead with a brisk switch into the later chapters of the night. Robust, rolling percussively-laced beats and warm bassline that plunges right beneath you toes as the disarming vocal takes over. 

Dubai’s Frederick Stone follows with an equally subversive twist. A misty, heavily atmospheric piece charged with a slithering beat, Stone brings a switch up midway that acts like a whipslap, locking everyone in a five mile radius into its hypnotic groove. 

Last but not least in this remarkable version session come label mates Armonica. Last spotted on RADIANT’s ‘Reflections’ album, the Italian duo follow up remixes on massive labels such as Diynamic, Monaberry and MoBlack with a genuinely epic and emotionally-charged eight minute twist. Original track Zamin by Rasi Z has already made quite a stir all over the world. It has gained mad support from huge artists + has been featured on Buddha Bar compilation pre-release. Its popularity stems from intensely emotional production + the original lyrics pack a powerful message. Zamin, translated to earth in Persian, is a plea to humanity to be kind to the dying planet. This track has already solidified Rasi Z as one of Canada's strongest up-and-coming melodic/deep artist. Now Zamin gets a new breath of life with two fresh remixes alongside the original's official release.

Label boss + Canadian legend Siavash takes the deep elements of Zamin and uplifts them with a harder hitting deep and techy beat that is more dancefloor driven rather than its original gentle sway.

A natural for stirring melodies, Amsterdam-based Sam Shure channels his all-around manifold array of talents into his debut album.

With its versatile moods yet compact constructions, Laconia is a self-fulfilling prophecy. The album features ten tracks that draw on Sam’s jazzy roots while staying grounded in his usual melodic, mood-heavy aesthetic. Laconia features collaborations with fellow producers Cioz and Cook Strummer, as well as a special apparition by Sam’s paternal figure playing the Oud on Mirage. The tracks explore a diverse array of dispositions, from groovy up-warmers such as Mangata or Louna to more lively dancefloor aggregators such as Kamala Bani, on to the deeply polarizing, whirlwind synth dinger Guz or the more experimental self-evident Not Much To Say.

A novel detail makes an appearance on Je te vois, an acoustic electronic dance number with poetic lyrics tenderly sung in French for the first time. The artist’s romantic side also shows through the mystical elements interspersed throughout, from the spellbinding Encanto to the dreamy soundscapes of Atreyu, named after the famous German fantasy book character.

Thanks to a modest key riff and more cosmic effects, Aubade lends its meaning of “greeting in the sun” to the atmosphere, rounding off the release on an incandescent note.
