Not physically — mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.

The rooms you shut the door on, but you still hear something behind it.

This album follows the way memories stay alive even when the people don’t. How you can move forward in real life but still be stuck in the same emotional hallways. It’s about the messages you never sent, the shit you never said out loud, the moments that linger long after everything’s fallen apart.

Each song is a different “room” — a different version of you trying to figure out what to keep, what to let go, and what’s been haunting you this whole time.
