Folkz started writing and rapping at the age of 18. No stranger to the struggle raised in the West County community of St.Louis Mo. Folkz began to expresses his views on life threw his music. He delivers powerful messages in his Rap. 
	Folkz says he could not, 'NOT  DO MUSIC'. Music is in his blood. His Mother, Aunts, and Uncle were also well-known Musicians. Singing back up vocals for the likes of artists such as Smokey Robison and various more.
Folkz is very particular when it comes to facts and truth.
With his sponge-like senses his quest for knowledge and Devine spiritual growth, he is constantly achieving his set goals. 
	He speaks of Biggie and Tupac with great admiration. ' They inspired me... tho I was a little shy, or maybe just an introvert.' Folkz says that Bigge and Tupac's POWERFUL MESSAGES AND DELIVERY  FUELED HIM WITH A BURNING DRIVE TO EXPRESS HIMSELF, EXPLORING HIS MUSICAL TALENTS AND CREATIVELY EXPRESSING  HIS SELF.
While Rapping he delivers rapid PUNCH AFTER PUNCH FINISHING WITH A LYRICAL KNOCK-OUT.
