This EP is an anthem for music, an ode to making music, listening to music, living and giving music and it is about the perfect sound. It's their artist name and the arrangements of the instruments that reveal that this combo is something special and likes to break with conventions. Stephan Jung, founder and musical brain behind the band soon learned his affinity to the violin and classical music. His residence in musical and cultural strongholds such as London and Berlin influenced him to found this project of danceable and electronic clubsound. Since 2010 Kassandra Papak perfects the unique concept with her outstanding vocals and a second violin. After concerts all over Germany, Poland, Swizerland and Great Britain and their first album „Electrolin” their Label AdP records will release the EP “What We Do” on June 24th 11 including the hit-single and four remixes by Rampue, White-
Noise, DeltaScuti and T*ts&amp;;Cl*ts.

„Warum nicht einfach mal ganz unverhohlen einen fröhlichen Song machen?“, dachte sich I’m Not A Band und liefert mit „Gold Monkey“ ganz ehrlich und auf den Punkt gebracht einen Sommerhit: Die neue Single verbindet eine catchy Geigenmelodie mit treibenden Synths und männlicher Stimme, die zusammen in einem hymnenartigen, instrumentalen Chorus explodieren. „Gold Monkey“ handelt von der Suche nach dem goldenen Glück in der Sonne („…following the sun“) und die Erinnerung daran, auch im tristen Alltag das Gute zu sehen („…keep your smile and shine“) - anstatt das Glück in endlosen Metaphern zu beschreiben, traut sich I'm Not A Band mit „Gold Monkey" die Sehnsucht geradeaus und tanzbar herauszuschreien.
I'm Not A Band ist Stephan Jung, der sich für diesen Track gesangliche Unterstützung bei Simon Ortmeyer geholt hat.

"Forever," the title track from his forthcoming EP is laid-back and contemplative, with an easy pop sensibility running through. It sounds like ODESZA's chilled out older brother who's stopped trying to panty-drop every sorority girl in the room with every track he writes. Apt as it may sound at first glance, that's not really a fair statement. Ambassadeurs is a nimble little project, he's dipping in and out of sounds with ease since before "M.O.P.E" dropped that quintessentially broken hip hop beat in 2012 and announced him to the world at large.

After catching our attention with a few jaw-dropping remixes for Major Lazer and Gent & Jawns, Bad Royale makes their Mad Decent debut with a heavy 5-track EP. What started as a fun experiment amongst four friends has led to the creation of a new genre that the group self-dubbed “king step.” Kingstep can be characterized as a combination of dubstep, grime, dancehall, reggae, moombahton, and Jamaican hip-hop. A few years ago, leads Edo Van Breemen and Zachary Gray got a gig playing members of a fictional band in the cult vampire thriller hit Afflicted. Given the constraints of the film’s indie budget, there wasn’t enough money to rent a sound-stage and hire actors for their concert scenes, so the producers worked some black magic and booked the band to play some legit gigs on their made-up European tour, shooting the scenes guerrilla-style with real crowds, the music improvised on the spot.

While playing one of these weirdly verité shows in a Parisian nightclub, Gray and Van Breemen realized that they might be on to something. So when they returned to their respective home bases in Brooklyn and Vancouver, they began to piece together their self-titled debut EP, a cross-continental correspondence that mixes the two’s seemingly disparate styles into a spooky, loopy, chorused-out post-cinematic groove.

I'm Not A Band and dancing have always been a good match. Not only at various concerts and festivals people exuberantly danced to I'm Not A Band's music, but also canadian youtube-star "TakeSomeCrime" danced himself to the hearts of fans in previous music videos of the Berlin based band. For their new music video I'm Not A Band have invited the swedish exceptional dancer and finalist of this years Got To Dance Anna Holmström and no less talented Malik Davis. Directed by Toby Wulff the two dancers bring to life an empty flat telling the expressive story of the new single "EASY". The result is the harmonic marriage of three art pieces and an incredibly strong symbiosis of music, dance and film.
