In this episode I dive into the power of psychology and how big the impact of our mindset & thinking is on our lives and ourselves, especially in terms of sport and the limit we push ourselves to. Physically we are capable of pushing harder in training, (and we're so much more capable than we think!)our brain is our biggest barrier! I talk about the impact the content we consume & social connections we make have on who we are (and thus the dangers of uneducated influencers), share some interesting facts about fatigue from an exercise science perspective including the difference between central and peripheral fatigue (and explain how it is our mind/brain that limits our physical performance) and much more!
