Hi, figured I should start describing my tracks actually. Building on the sound I had in my last song, CRACK!, Cursed Beyond the Grave goes in a more blackened death metal style, reminiscent of bands like Sacramentum, Dissection and Windir. Lyrics deal with Buddhist philosophy and mental health steeped in black metal imagery. I tried to make greater use of harsh vocals and do a better job with the mixing and mastering. 

Cursed Beyond the Grave is also the lead single of my debut EP: Realm of Mara, which is currently in concept stage. I wish I could give some sort of concrete release date. I think it may take me a couple of months. I'll be putting it up on Bandcamp as pay as you feel. 

I do everything myself, from song concept right through to production. Me, my trusty Tanglewood and my faithful copy of Ableton. Follow for more blackened cloud rap. This was after DanikaXIX's Twitch watchalong of Dreamgirls when I made two vocals really quickly inspired by that experience.  Of the two, Kick Rocks is where I consciously tried to do an Eddie Murphy impression as a laugh, and then She's Got A Great Face For Philosophy (CCCV) is more done in my own voice.  The latter got an Alpha Remaster a number of months later to get rid of the awkward 2 second gap after "modus vivendi"

The closest I've come to an R&B vocal.  I didn't expect that writing the lyrics it just started to make sense.

Hey, big thanks for checking out my profile!

Impermanence is a one man trap metal and cloud rap project from the UK. Looking to revolutionise the worlds of trap metal and cloud rap by bringing in elements of melodic/symphonic black and death metal as well as shoegaze and dream pop. A self-taught songwriter, musician and producer, I'm hoping my unique style will interest you. A combination of the groovy, palm muted riffs of Bolt Thrower, the epic, atmospheric style of Emperor with the confessional and gothic themed lyricism of Ghostemane. And cloud rap tracks that bring the hazy, dreamlike quality of bands like My Bloody Valentine and Candy Claws. With a dual focus on being enjoyable and accessible, while also being progressive and interesting; I'm hoping you'll join me on what I believe will be a long and fiercely independent career!

Also, as someone with a day job and several long term health conditions. Releases may be a little unpredictable at times. However, I'm always working on something. Whether that be writing another song, pushing my guitar skills or studying music theory to write even more interesting songs.
