We are glad to announce that we finally have another female back on the label. Powerwoman Amelia serving this week’s podcast for us. She returns to the label after her wonderful contribution on IMP010. The London-based artist pushes the darker side of minimal throughout her music. It’s finally time for her to make her way through the underground scene, so keep an eye out on her pages.

A music fan from an early age, Stiven began to dabble as a raver in small neighborhood parties in his native Armenia, Quindio, in 2005.
It was not until 2008 when I entered a mental universe, upon hearing minimal for the first time, the music of Shlomi Aber and Ricardo Villalobos, it was a connection due to the hypnotic sound that
has characterized him to this day, reflected in his productions and his dj/sets.

In 2010 he found an important reference for what his music is today.
Finding in David Gtronic, Randall M, Chad Andrew, Figueroa & Obando
The inspiration to enter the world of production, which led him to make a couple of productions from 2010 to 2012.
Leaving aside production and his charm for decks to dedicate himself to other studies outside of music.

It was in 2018 after attending a party when he reconnected with production and decks, following a solid path that has led him to have important articles for his career as a producer.
In 2020, their releases reached several top 10 sales in the minimal deeptech genre on beatport, with countless notable releases, and appearing on beaport's lists month after month.
It was when his music began to be heard in many parts of the world, from the United States, through Honduras, to Argentina, from Portugal, Belgium, to Johannesburg in South Africa, from Russia, Thailand to Japan,
This being a motivational boost for Stiven to continue promoting his music.

In 2021 traxsource listed him as one of the 100 best minimal producers
Worldwide, which opened many doors for him to be able to carry out his first international tour.
passing through countries like Spain, Hungary, Gracia, Mexico

His first international touch was in Hungary, a Sold Out event,
that let stiven surprise
on how European ravers experience music, this being an important factor for the evolution of their sound

His music has been played and supported by artists of international stature such as
Herodot, Silat Beksi, Mihigh, NTFO, Vlad Arapasu, Vid, Paul K, Herck, ix3m, Ertmi, Hipp, Nopau, Beckhauser
has a vinyl release by TESIS: Music Therapy
He has released on labels such as Fractii.ro, Arupa Music, Zebra Rec, Tonic D
Their latest album "When i Connect" was released in August of this year in collaboration with Ertmi, Hipp and Nopau.
Something that undoubtedly marked a before and after in Stiven Escarraga's career.
