Kundalini mediation was popularized in the West by Yogi Bhajan, who developed and introduced his own form of Kundalini yoga in the United States in the late 1960s.

I was thrilled when Andy and Gaz invited me along on this collaboration.  The Lyrics are beautifully written and sung by Gaz and lends itself to great story telling. It was lovely to join him and to bring my creative spirit in harmonisation to the table.  Andy wrote the beautiful melody and created the gorgeous Instrumental track (which has a hauntingly beautiful Guitar solo) and then brought it All to life with his incredible Production / Mixing skills, breathing life into the song,  and giving it a depth of sound to make it "sparkle".
