Drawing from early jazz recordings, lo-fi textures, and ambient storytelling, Three Photons crafts sonic environments where each note feels intentional and alive. The name reflects a fascination with light, resonance, and the subtle interactions that shape perception—mirroring the project’s ethos: understated, immersive, and deeply human.

From reel-to-reel saturation to spacious reverb tails, every track invites deep listening and quiet reflection. This is music for late nights, long drives, and moments that linger.

I am playing guitar and Bass. Keyboards and Drums are programmed.
Mix and Mastering was done in the „N.o.b.S. Moonshine Studios“ in Mainz Germany.
Nearly everything had been recorded during the night, sometimes at daylight on weekends.

I just love sound ..allsorts across the genre's ...hate getting stuck on one tip for too long ,been thru quite alot of eras &..have always from an early age written or jammed my own pieces of music..+ written poetry + lyric to songs ,i play guitar + produce ambient pieces on analogue units Roland tb 303 ,101,202,606,Juno 60. Was in my own bands years ago from about 1981 post punk era,dance electro stuff ,then ole skool scene when it was newskool,into drum n base era as it was happening...did pirate station stuff ,love dub reggae,great times..just carry on writing songs on acoustic guitar & do regular open mike sessions around my local area + jammin with other muse'os ...into  hho tec ....hydrogen...~  energy ...~ water is our future coal field.bit of an inventor..into unity ..autonomy n peace ..., peace out  ; )...~

I have always admired music, of diverse styles. Like most of us, I have tried learning to play a few instruments at a basic level in my teenage. But it is only now, in the 21st century, that modern software allows anyone to fool around being the composer, the designer of a whole composition, simpler or more complex, organising together the parts of the various instruments - and to hear the results of this experimentation or inspiration instantly! That is how I have recently begun enjoying the distraction of attempts at composing during my leisure, discovering an amazing dimension of life, and art, perhaps the most intangible, heightening and hypnotising one, and the closest to the soul... Of all the ghosts and fairies abroad on Halloween, the púca (or pooka) was the most feared and October 31st was known as Púca Night in parts of Ireland. The púca, meaning 'goblin', can be malevolent or benevolent and is not solely associated with Halloween. It's a mythological fairy and the ultimate shapeshifter, capable of appearing in a variety of forms but most commonly as a dark horse or part dog.

The Winter Solstice is an astronomical phenomenon that marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. In the Northern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice occurs on 21 or 22 December, when the sun shines directly over the tropic of Capricorn. At sunrise on the shortest day of the year, for 17 minutes, direct sunlight can enter the Newgrange monument, not through the doorway, but through the specially contrived small opening above the entrance known as the ‘roof box’, to illuminate the Chamber.
