I used to write mainly on Sundays. It was a pattern for years. This song I was able to complete in one day. There is a story about what took place when I first played this live in the Prudential center Ground Round. Out of respect for family I don’t want to unnecessarily upset people. 

The song speaks of my decision to lay the music down for a family. To me it was a simple choice. I would make that sane decision 100 of 100 times a family over music. It is called ‘It’s Only Yesterday’.
