"Lethe" is a performance installation dedicated to a dance of sound. The work is a collaboration between composer Dimitra Sofroniou and artist Elias Klark. Their exploration was to amplify the 'fall' of falling asleep in a 20-minute performance.
Both artists respond to this idea from their own perspectives and join forces to create an interplay of sound, installation, and movement.

“Inside an oscillating sleep,
And awake in a suspended prison, 
Paralysed and unstable. 

Guided by a broken memory, 
On a stream of unknowns, 
To a valley of darkness. 
Trapped in a loop without boundaries, 
Facing a spirit split in two,
devastated for a touch. 

And you, screaming for help in silence, 
On your sail to oblivion.”
