Times where we were 
more simpler back then 
when youth would run around in glory 
and adults followed shortly after. 
I always thought it was because 
I just wanted my old self once more 
Yet I yearn for something more 
Like an adventure of the sort? 

Now it is spring, 
the time in which people should fling. 
Together they go 
Rolling around the grassy dirt 
As if nothing mattered to them. 

Now it is tiring to watch them 
Rolling around the concrete floors 
Never minding what is around them 
Because they are invested in “work”. 
Maybe one day I’ll be like that, 
But, you know, 
I don’t wanna be like that... 

So, what are you waiting for? 

Let’s meet up someday 
and wait at the bus stop 
Picnic baskets on top 
And summer clothes to the pop 

Let’s return to the simpler days at least once 
Since Earth left so little time for us. 
We will try our best to seize what we must 
Until we grow old together, just us. 

Because the simpler times will never get old! 

So, may I ask you to accompany me 
On an adventurous story, 
And the journey that awaits us 
Forever it may be? 

I’ll be waiting for you, ok?

However I've decided to put a bit more time into playing acoustic guitar again and started with a piece I've learned quite a long time ago when I still went to school. Especially left-hand-technique is still lacking but oh my is it fun to delve into that timbre again. Defenitely gonna use it more in the future.
