stroma, is a band that disbanded in 2004. my name is paul mauer, i was the lead guitarist and co writer of the music. my friend and the vocalist darren brewster and i started the band in mid 2002.  the full line up was:

darren brewster - vocals/acoustic guitar
paul mauer - lead/rhythm guitar
james vermillion - bass
rupert wild - drums/keys

paul mauer, deciding to go solo after years of band jumping, touring and studio sessions. now having the freedom and new found drive to bring his music to the ears of the masses. with an interesting blend of sometimes aggressive acoustic indie rock with the sensitivity of the folk singer songwriters of the 1970's.
