I composed this piece with the idea of balance in mind. Rather than experiencing extreme highs and lows, running back and forth constantly in an attempt to level the scale, strive to be present and still on the fulcrum of your life, that is now.

Gui Expedizion from Argentina, and James MettaKin from UK. They met at a festival in Brazil 2019, sharing stage and exchanging some ideas. Then in 2020 they started a collaboration that led to this EP.

"Forgotten Trails EP" talks about the secrets that lie hidden waiting to be discovered. A journey to the depths of being, exploring a miraculous jungle that hides temples from other eras, past and future.  One more chapter in the journey of life, towards the encounter with our own divinity.

Shwamp is back with a new album, Heartifact. Consisting of 5 energetic and immersive tracks, it will take you on a ride at the crossroads of various genres; Exploring the psychedelic side of drum&bass and glitch, tinted with playful yet emotional melodies and sparkly sounds that will make your ears tingle.

While making this EP, Shwamp has found a community deep into the underground scene of Taiwan, full of eclectic artists and loving souls. Sharing his music explorations and learning more about the local culture and language with the support of his family and friends.

Creating art has helped him to process emotional traumas and overcome depressive phases.

Heartifact marks a renewal in Shwamp’s influences and is the first of a series of releases, each of them oriented towards different themes and paces.
