MIX 041 - TSUNIMAN (@tsunimanmusic / Iman Cavargna-Sani) is a London-based DJ part of the collectives @Sisu_crew and @Co-Select.

Originally from Switzerland, TSUNIMAN has lived in London for the past 6 years, where she studied Cultural Studies and Media at UAL. It was only after her first squat rave that she started to grow a strong interest in electronic music, which led her to want to get behind the decks. Thanks to a fortunate encounter with two members of London-based DJ collective Co-Select, TSUNIMAN was invited to practise weekly in the collective's first base at Imperial College radio station in West London, where she learnt to dj and started getting more involved in the scene, playing at parties and on the radio. TSUNIMAN is a Klub Verboten resident and has played alongside DJs TASHA (Neighbourhood), Stephanie Sykes (47/Fullpanda) Dasha Rush (Fullpanda) and Anastasia Kristensen (Arcola). Her sound taps into several genres, often ranging from Trance, Progressive House, Techno, EBM, Electro and Breakbeat - TSUNIMAN likes to recreate soundscapes that explore the underground, celebrating the music of the past with the energy of today’s audiences.
