A Steal

I have a list of song titles that I've yet to write and probably for the most part never will but this one was on it and I did write a song (evidently).

A song about a TVs feature...maybe you want to give it a miss...or maybe its not about a TV feature...now you're intrigued. Well maybe not.

Recording went as follows (for those that care): Vocal and main guitar recorded playing along with a click track, bass added and then lead guitar added (I've called this the obnoxious guitarist version as I probably should have edited, muted or re-recorded it to make it a bit more subtle). Put it all into Cubase and add a simple midi/vst drum track. Muck about with effects etc.

Well here we are again and another song that was on a list of titles. I was just thinking today that I hadn't posted anything for a while or actually written any songs for a while so I came up with this (for good or bad) and recorded it very quickly with my laptop mic. The end bit with me playing was me getting annoyed at having to play the song more than once to try and get a good take but I thought I'd include it anyway. The spoken bit above this is meant to be a homage shall we say to Dark Side of the Moon's spoken bits.
