We are pleased to introduce a very talented artist/DJ and new face to the label, who took on duty to deliver NFR026, please welcome - Xima. Initially being obsessed with dancefloor oriented techno music, Xima shifted his production focus onto deeper and more experimental side of the genre.

His goal is to merge sounds of nature with synthesized soundscapes to create pleasant atmospheres accompanying with psychedelic tribal loops for trippier dance experience. The release contains 6 original tracks that perfectly represent the above statement from the artist, deep, floating, groovy music with some ambient motives that will occupy body and soul.

TAIGA (@taiga_rtga)  is a skilled and versatile DJ with a reputation for creating immersive and emotionally charged soundscapes. His attention to detail mix of lush pads, ethereal samples, and intricate percussion patterns set him apart. Blending hypnotic, hard minimal, and hard groove genres into a unique and captivating sound, TAIGA takes listeners on a journey through sound.  

In 2022, TAIGA launched the "RESOURCE" techno party series in Kanagawa, which later expanded to Tokyo. Performing across the event in Japan, TAIGA's dynamic style and popularity continues to grow. Today he is an active DJ in Kuala Lumpur, playing at venues such as Iron Fairies, Ace, and Kuna. His hypnotic yet groovy sound has garnered attention in the scene, expanding his presence in South East Asia and beyond.

"Inertial Illusion" is an interpretation of the relationship between sound and physics. When CTAFAD is surrounded by sound and it interweaves into music entering the ears and brain, he feels an illusion of returning to ‘sound’.

He wonders how other people feel when they hear his music. Is it purely a physical sound? Or music that can entrust emotion and cultivate sentiment? These works were created at the beginning of the year, I like the psychedelic feeling, and the sound quality is slightly more grainy, he says.
