Biography : 
Harnessing telluric currents that flow deep under a hypnotic pulse.

As a resident at the thriving Technoon parties in Brussels, A. Brehme symbiotically combines his two long-standing passions of producing records and sculpting intense sets, which are grounded from the ambient, psychedelic and minimalist perspective of electronic music. Whether elaborating a savant strain of hypersensitive deep techno in his Brussels studio or displaying his ability to kick up a veil of dust from the floors of dark rooms with metrically repetitive mixes, he embodies a purist approach to sound where measured intensity is key.

The mind begins searching for loopholes within loops, seeking out a tear in a tightly knit ambient soundscape that is rendered tangible by lengthened hypnosis, thoughtful control, and the eventual loss of all spatial and temporal coordinates.

Through the co-existing dynamics of inversion and introversion, a natural and ethereal vibe is coaxed into the club’s dark mechanics. Genres coalesce, rules of time and space become irrelevant and as the grip on mundane realities loosen, an inner light appears and deeper self inquisition though sound is possible. In a perpetual forward motion, fogged textures mesh with brumous, reverb-drenched layers. Systematic beat patterns and sharp percussion threaten to break out and cause collapse, creating a fragile state of equilibrium; a seductive and inescapable hypnosis.

Biography : 
NEILA is the solo project of a french composer and performer of electronic music, mainly active in the Brussels scene through many collaborations. He is responsible for the Deepheat activities : as a promoter, he invited some of his heroes like Zadig, Adam X or Sunil Sharpe, thus gathering the most demanding techno heads. 
As the curator of the Deepheat compilations, he has been working with the most serious newcomers from Belgium and France and collected both experimental cuts and weapons of choice for the club.
Neila doesn't pretend to do art, and doesn't appeal to be part of any stylistic school, yet he obviously refers to crucial inspirations like the rough sound of Birmingham pioneers ; he aims at giving back to the techno scene as much joy and hope it gave to him. This is all about sonic pilgrimages and cathartic experiences.

Biography : 
Souleiman started his "Lunar Convoy" project when he moved to Brussels in 2014. He mainly released on his own imprint NORITE - which he co-founded in with Foreign Material - and more recently on the Spanish label Circular Limited. 
A deep and hypnotic selection allowed him to be a returning artist to Brussels main clubs like Fuse or C12. He’s also resident of the daytime rave series called METROPOLIS. With ever evolving sets, Lunar Convoy is standing out as an emerging name in the Brussels scene.

Biography
As an adolescent, the artist responsible for 30drop discovered new synthetic and electronic sounds that would later influence his work. From the year 1996, his activity as a DJ powered his link with music, focused on the Detroit Techno and Techno sounds, with the industrial references of Birmingham, moving toward an industrial, experimental, noise-based sound, particularly in the mid-2000s.

After a creative pause and as a DJ, it was not until 2012 that he decided to set up his new project, 30drop, which he eventually did at the end of 2014 at same time of his label 30D Records of which is the Manager and A&R together with Angel Molina.

 

Ideas and artistic concept
Using experimentation, 30drop does not create its music merely as the culmination of its concerns but as a channel for expression. The twin ideas of timelessness and multi-dimensionality are always present in the project. The play between light and darkness as the music projects these supporting concepts is what defines it.

Solid Techno, a repetitive beat, a cosmic melody and syncopated harmony are all used to create an universe that reflects the endless expansion of outer space and, at same time, introspection. Soul and Mind, Muscle and Brain.

 

’30drop’ Etymology
A SMPTE timecode is a set of cooperating standards to label individual frames of video or film with a timecode. 

Timecodes are added to film, video or audio material, and have also been adapted to synchronize music. They provide a time reference for editing,  synchronization and identification.

’30drop’ is the name of the SMPTE timecode used to synchronize audio and image of the old USA black & white analog TVs in the ages of 50’s and 60’s when the boom of SciFi TV Movies and films arrived at all the Americans houses through television.

Borja Pikallo, nacido en A Coruña a principios de los 80, tiene un estilo característico con influencias de casi todos los estilos, el techno en casi todas sus ramas, desde el clásico sonido Detroit hasta el hipnótico tribal con toques funkies y groove. Aunque actualmente sus sets se basan en sonidos techno house , llenos de energía y vitalidad.
Pikallo durante todo este recorrido ha pinchado en numerosos clubs de Galicia y el norte de España y a sido gran impulsor del movimiento rave en su ciudad natal, A Coruña.
Tras su buena trayectoria y su buen hacer en octubre 2006 empieza una nueva andadura y es incluido como residente en el club Sector Océano en Sada/A Coruña, donde tiene la oportunidad de desarrollar sesiones largas tocando gran variedad de estilos y de esta manera también poder realizar sus propias fiestas que adquirieron gran popularidad, Pump Sessions, con su socio y amigo Hanfry (Lanzatech).
Despues de un periplo como residente y responsable en la sala Nuit de A Coruña, Pikallo se consagra definitivamente en la escena gallega y como artista revelación cuando empieza a formar parte como residente en una de las salas gallegas másemblemáticas, La Zeus, es en dicho club donde tiene la oportunidad de compartir cabina con artistas de primer nivel como Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Octave One entre muchos otros y felicitado por artistas de la talla de Ken Ishii o Pepo por sus grandes sets en directo, además de otros eventos por la península y en las islas, como en Zentral (Mallorca), tubo gran aceptación y ha sido requerido para nuevas actuaciones.
Hoy en día ha empezado un nuevo proyecto formando su propia agencia y sello discográfico PAZ&REC de la marca y firma Paz&records, con djs tan representativos de la escena electrónica internacional y nacional como Mark Williams, Dejan Milicevic, Angel Molina o JL Magoya y realizando sus eventos y fiestas del sello.
Ha realizado sets en salas tan representativas como Industrial Copera (Granada), La Fabrika (Gijón), Lovejoy ( Parque de Piles / Gijón ), Disaster (Zamora), Octopus (Pontecesures / Pontevedra), Zeus (A Coruña), Beta Club (Betanzos), La Flor (Montouto/A Coruña), La Nuit (A Coruña), Bambina (A Coruña), Seven (antigua Capilla-Redondela), Oh Coruña! Es ahora mismo uno de los mayores exponentes de techno en Galicia. Su esfuerzo y perseverancia han conseguido que en muy poco tiempo se convierta en una artista indispensable en los eventos de los promotores gallegos.

Actualmente es parte del colectivo Kraneus y ya ha compartido cabina con artistas como Paula Temple,Exium, Industryalizer, Reeko, ,P.E.A.R.L, Psyk, Tensal y Dasha Rush.

Se ha influenciado de sellos tan consolidados como MORD, Perc Trax, R&S Records, PoleGroup lo que ha ayudado a caracterizar sus sets con material de mucha calidad.

Sus primeros contactos con los platos son en el año 2000,
influenciado por artistas punteros de la época como Varela, Mulero, Ben Sims, Oliver Ho  y Dylan Drazen de los que aprende invirtiendo horas a pie de cabina en aquellos eventos en los que consigue llegar a ella, cuenta con mas de 15 años de experiencia dentro de la escena electronica, sus sellos usados mas veteranos a destacar son Tsunami, Warm up, Hardgroove, Meta, R&S, Blueprint entre otros, dando soporte a sellos mas actuales y amigos como BSC Records, Hardtools, Ottar, Inducted waves, Mord o Genesa en la variante mas industrial.
Vinculado con la escena underground de la zona sur de Madrid, participa en multiples eventos con artistas de su ciudad en disciplinas como el Techno, Hard Techno y otros perfiles mas experimentales, siendo usual encontrarle en diferentes fiestas privadas, clubs, concentraciones, eventos sociales y colaboraciones para emisoras de radio de su zona, donde en épocas pasada también desarrolla sus habilidades en estilos como el Deep Techno o el Deep House.

Desde el año 2006 hasta la actualidad, profundiza en el estudio musical de la percusión, solfeo, cadena de audio, técnico y producción, asistiendo a diferentes cursos organizados por asociaciones de arte y cultura en Madrid. Estos nuevos conocimientos los aplica en trabajos y producciones que nunca llegan a ver la luz ,pero si los muestra en su trabajo como Dj ala hora de mezclar.
A partir del año 2010 indaga con  metodos de reproduccion mas automátizados como controladores y sistemas  de mezcla digital como vinilos de código de tiempo y empieza a hacer sus propias cadenas de fiestas  como fueron los ``ANALOG´´o son ahora los S.A.P Techno club, y algunos otros proyectos asociados que duraron menos tiempo.
Recientemente incorpora en su setup un tercer plato para combinar sistemas digitales y analógicos siendo el vinilo su formato preferente.

As a DJ and producer, Setaoc Mass is part of a select cut of young artists who are absorbing techno’s legacy and carrying the torch into tomorrow. Whilst overseeing his own imprint @SK_eleven, his releases push a galvanising brand of techno, steeped in a sense of urgency, ever-propulsive with acute detailing and nods to a futuristic space-age. In addition to a debut release on Len Faki’s Figure which has caught the eye of some of the scene’s most respected DJ’s. As a selector, the Mancunian’s extended DJ sets pull from an expansive spectrum of material both new and old.

This extended episode of our series is a recording from his set at Snake Session at Lehmann Club (Stuttgart) back in December.
