‘ZEBULON’ is the brand new solo album from Liverpool born and now Sheffield’s adopted son John Reilly. Previously known as the voice and songwriter for Atlantic Recording Artists Boy on a Dolphin who had great success in The US and Canada, his songs have appeared in movies including ‘Tokyo Cowboy’, ‘Priscilla Queen of the desert’ and TV shows, ‘True North’ and ‘Dawsons Creek’ Now Reilly has  entered the solo spotlight with his brand new album album ‘ZEBULON’ and tested stripped down versions of the songs opening up for UK legend Ray Davies on his tour finishing at a sold out Albert Hall to a great reception.
The cores of the songs on ‘ZEBULON’ were co written in Toronto with pianist and composer Lewis Nitikman, who John brought to the UK to work on the album. The album features musicians from the bands of Sheffield’s Richard Hawley (Shez Sheridan, Dean Beresford & Colin Eliot) and Paul Carrack (Steve Beighton  & Jeremy Meeks)
 Tracks from the album including ‘NOT ALONE’ and ‘BUILDING AVALON’ have already received great support from radio, including BBC Radio 2, CBC (Canada’s biggest station) and various independent UK stations (Atlantic FM, Pirate FM, Red Road FM, Yorkshire Radio, Lincs FM, Magic AM) and BBC Local stations from BBC Cornwall to BBC Radio Humberside and ‘BUILDING AVALON’ was chosen as record of the week on BBC Radio Sheffield. An extensive UK tour is set for February and March 2013.
