Ego Death is a dubstep artist born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, currently located in Colorado, USA. He started producing music relatively recently, in 2017 and his talents have elevated him within dubstep music creators' ranks at a rapid pace. He is very active within the 140 bpm bass scene, not only as a DJ and producer but also as a proud owner of Elemental Arts - an internet radio and music marketing company. He started the Samyaza Sound System with Khonzu, which specializes in deep bass music production and promotion. 

The cherry on top is that he is a mix coordinator for the renowned Innamind Recordings.
You can hear his music on many other labels like Deep Dark & Dangerous, Duploc, Foundation Audio, CNCPT, Infernal Sounds, and Endz.

Wolf’d is the project of Oliver Wolf, a Chicago based producer whose roots in music go back 20 years to his start in music as vocalist and violinist. He has been DJ’ing for 13 of those years. Over the past five years, Wolf’d has brought his life and musical experience together composing electronic music. He has harnessed the essence of soundsystem music while bringing his own unique gruff style to the table.

Wolf’d came into his own in 2024, and he had the opportunity to play in Denver, Austin, Minneapolis, Omaha, Milwaukee, New York, Green Bay, Peoria and Chicago, to name a few cities. Wolf’d has had the pleasure of opening for artists such as Ternion Sound, Alix Perez, The Widdler, DMVU, Visages, Monty, Pushloop, Glume & Phossa, and the Innamind Recordings crew. So far, he has released on Drama Club, Deep Dark and Dangerous, Next Level, Wheel & Deal, Street Ritual, Dank N Dirty Dubz, Prime Audio, Aspire Higher, and The Widdfam, and has been supported by the Deep Tempo podcast, Ternion Sound, Khiva, Truth, The Widdler, Wraz, Substance and a number of other touring DJ’s.

This program’s mission is to create a space for artists to tell their story. The BASSment has been a place for so many artists to feel free to play music they may not normally get to play out. During the interview segment the guest artist will get to talk about where they have come from, things they are working on and where they would like to see themselves going in the future. There will also be a Q & A segment led by questions submitted by listeners and followers of the channel.

As founder of Louisiana Dubstep in 2008, Black Swan sparked a thriving bass scene and curated pivotal events Swamp Wamp, Pressure, and Black Swan’s Dub Chamber, ushering in a cultural shift at a venue that later hosted the infamous Bass Church. Her radio show, Sunday Worship, extended her reach to a global audience, and her mixes have been featured on Rewind140, CouchFam, BreaksFM, Monday Medicine, and Iconix Clubland. Over her 20-year career, Black Swan has supported international acts such as Commodo, J:Kenzo, Photek, Sicaria, Visages, Tech Itch, The Librarian, and more. She was dubbed “classically trained in awesomeness” by Under the Influencers podcast and recognized by Disco Donnie as the person who introduced him to dubstep. Proud to engage in a mutually supportive community, Black Swan’s most cherished feedback includes those who credit her for converting them to bass music and for inspiring other female artists.

"Deep dub, often simply referred to as dubstep initially, traces its roots to the vibrant music scene of Kingston, Jamaica in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It emerged from reggae as a distinctive style of remixing and manipulating existing recordings. It is typically characterized by its slower tempo, emphasis on sub bass and atmospheric soundscapes, and often darker, more brooding atmosphere. With it's emergence from the early dubstep scene, it is known for its minimalist approach, hypnotic beats, and spacious feel. At its inception, Burial emerged as a key figure, crafting atmospheric soundscapes that define deep dubstep. His ability to evoke emotions through ethereal melodies and haunting vocal samples set a high standard for the genre. Labels like Hyperdub became synonymous with this subgenre, curating a catalog of music that explores the depths of sonic possibility. In the modern landscape of deep dubstep, artists like Kaiju and labels like Deep Dark & Dangerous continue to expand the genre's horizons. Their productions delve into uncharted territories, exploring the darkest corners of bass music while maintaining a sense of elegance and restraint. Alongside them, artists like Sleeper and labels like Chestplate contribute to the ongoing evolution of deep dubstep, ensuring its enduring appeal among dedicated listeners."
