In the aftermath of an explosion at the city's main port exactly 1 month ago that caused unthinkable amount of damage to the city of Beirut and displaced hundreds of thousands of people. In addition, the damage and destruction of infrastructure and buildings throughout the city (including many cultural spaces, heritage sites, museums, hospitals, studios), not to mention the injured, homeless and hungry families who are in survival mode.

A split magnetic recording by Maltash and The Undertaker's Tapes.

The first composition under the Maltash moniker where the artist allegedly underwent his first Spiritual Amputation, this long play by the Aakkar native Maltash sees the artist on his knees facing his demons. Tormented ambient and drenched in Black, this could be Maltash's first and only release in his non-native Lebanese language.

Stepping out of the black fog; The Undertaker's Tape's most expressive work to date, dismantling all that is known about the project's ideology.
Confronting us with beliefs that will lead to our own lethality. The artist gives birth to an absolute dissonant ecosystem of noise and drums with inner screams which paints a portrait of pain.

Huma returns once again to the extended format and this time he does so releasing on his own label, Hedonic Revesal, and also in collaboration with Opal Tapes, one of Stephen Bishop's five record projects, which is currently the British artist's biggest musical venture. 

Hyperchaotic is an album in which the Galician producer explores chaos, theoretical physics, uncertainties and how order emerges out of the fog of the real. No apparent or understandable reason is required for this or anything else to simply, be.

The album seeks balance between randomness and certainty, between abrasion and delicacy. Sound design references elemental processes that seem to take on a life of their own: combining, interfacing and modulating each other. Sound, space and silence creating symbiosis and an incredibly detailed listening experience which evokes the kinesthetics of Gábor Lázár or the cybernetic wild cards of Terminal 11.

Barren wastelands, a distant moon.
Far screeches: gloomy rituals.
Piercing cries.

The deepest indigo, a desolate and rude imagery.
Yoga-darśana : this is a den of iniquity.

Hyperlacrimae’s savage sound shows the Italian duo’s roots in industrial music with the addition of a strong dark-infused oniric attitude.
Straddling post-industrial sounds and a personal style with tribal and catacombic features, a sort of mystical and distorted ritual, a wild dance with an ancient and primordial flavour.
The LP oscillates between a raw intense dynamism - fully demonstrated by “Kobra”, the album’s climax, “Kogawa No Gotsu” and “Blood Ties” - and a sense of perdition, evinced in reflective acts like “Incubus” and the outro “Korekore-Matakawa”. There’s also room for the distressing atmosphere of “In My Poison”, a contemporary example of obscure Industrial’s heaviest face.
The remixers Impure Secretion, Scarpa and Shrouds participate with three reinterpretations of great impact.
