Mini bio: Lytton is a Hardcore, D'n'b and Breakcore producer from the UK, curently based in Birmingham, England.

Bigger bio: Lytton began producing music in the late 90s but didn't settle down with the Lytton moniker until 2009 when he discarded most of his previous projects in favour of Hardcore dance music. With a huge lust for all things punk and psychedellic, Lytton loves cutting breaks and sounds from less likely sources, sampling drums and noises from Prog rock and Post-punk as much as D'n'B and Hardcore.

The axe-to-skull sonic impact of the Gabber kick is still Lytton's favoured device however, and he tries to give an abstract edge to what is otherwise hard and aggressive underground Hardcore with elements of D'n'b, Industrial and Breakcore thrown in to the mix.

Infamous Hardcore /Techno label founded by pioneer techno legend Lenny Dee. ISR unleashed it's first 12 inch - PCP’s Crews ‘Mescalinium United’ - on an unsuspecting world back in 1991.

As the first Hardcore label in the world and one of the first electronic labels in the USA, the following Artists have appeared on the label - Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Manu Le Malin, Tony Thomas, The Mover, Cirillo, Casper Pound and Neil McLellan (a producer for 'The Prodigy’s).

ISR has also featured artists such as Oliver Chelser (‘The Horrorist”), Nasenbluten, Manu le Malin, Unexist, John Selway and Delta 9 And has recent releases from Satronica, Stormtrooper, Australia's Tymon, Moshpit, Broken Rules & Fiend and many more.

ISR's Sub-Labels include: Industrial Strength Limited, IST, Bastard Loud Records, Industrial Movement, Lenny Dee Records, High Density Recordings, House Without a Home, Ruff Beats, Industrial Strength Europe, Mental Venom and Machete.

In 2009, Industrial Strength began releasing monster Sample Packs, including audio loops, synth patches and more, by some of the best musicians, engineers and sound designers in the biz. Check out the demos!
