I first heard ‘Can’t Do Without You’ a few weeks back and immediately fell in love with it. The vocal had such a timeless and classic feel to it that I instantly knew I had to make a version that I could play out in my sets. 

I kept the amazing vocal intact and built an epic and slightly dreamy late night, feel good track around it. The whole Caribou album is probably my favourite album of the year, so I hope I did the original justice!

I sat down with Travis Hawley, the vocalist of Night Riots, formerly known as PK, a rock band from San Luis Obispo in Central California. Since their time as Night Riots, the band has released an EP called ‘Young Lore’, and their latest releases include the singles ‘Oh My Heart’ and ‘Contagious’, which were released earlier this fall in preparation for their upcoming EP set to be released this January 20th.
