4/8 - A Dialogue With Myself

Lo que el resto de gente ve como una sola persona es, en realidad, un conjunto de múltiples facetas que al ser combinadas, forman la percepción que otros tienen de uno mismo. Cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles, esas partes pierden su armonía y empiezan a dañarse entre sí, tirando cada una hacia su propio lado y quitando espacio al resto. La negatividad comienza a pesar más y más y el sentido de orientación se pierde. Sientes que te estás perdiendo en la incertidumbre y entras en un estado de pánico, un estado en el que es difícil controlar qué se siente y mucho menos averiguar por qué. En esos momentos, conectar con cada una de esas facetas y mantener un diálogo con el resto es esencial para recuperar esa armonía inicial.

The perception that people have of you is the sum of all the different parts that you're made of. When things get difficult, these parts lose their harmony and start harming each other. They start pulling to their own sides and not allowing space to the rest, causing conflict between them. Negativity starts weighing more and more and you lose track of who you are. You can't help but feel like you're getting lost in the uncertainty and you enter a state of panic, a state where it's hard to control what you feel, let alone know why you feel that way. In these moments, connecting with every one of these parts and dialoguing with the rest is essential in order to recover the initial inner peace.
