James C. Rouse II, also known by the stage name Kito Star, is an American singer-songwriter and musician born into a musical family in Philadelphia on February 25,1995. His sound is a fusion of eclectic, soulful sounds with raw hip hop and a touch of jazz. A gifted child, Kito had an early appreciation for music and art and while he always sang and played the drums, it wasn't until the age of 16, while attending Boys' Latin of Philadelphia Charter School, that his interest would soon turn into a passion. While performing and forming various groups within the school he soon realized he wanted to be a professional musician. In that same year he went on to create his first mixtape, "Anticipation," and to form a band out of his childhood friends. Since then Kito has been traveling all over the tri-state area performing at venues such as Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia, World Cafe Live Philly, The Dell East, The Kimmel Center, and Calabash. His influences include D’angelo, Bilal, A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, Marvin Gaye, and Minnie Ripperton, to name a few. Kito has aspirations of making timeless music that can stand alongside musical icons like Michael Jackson and Prince.

At the age of twelve, Devin Ray, f/k/a D’Ray Sonshine n/k/a Dev Leone, began writing songs and movie scripts as a hobby. Now at the age of thirty, Dev is ready to take the lead in the music industry with his multiple flows, sharp and precise lyrics, unpredictable style and excellent stage presence.

Born to two musically gifted parents, Dev’s talents prove to be no coincidence. He uses his eclectic style to showcase his musical background through various genres such as Hip-Hop, R&B and even Pop. With talents that are easily compared to well-known artists such as Drake, Big Sean & Trey Songz, Dev uses his soulful melodies to incorporate captivating stories through upbeat songs about life and love to mesmerize the audience.

Dev Leone came on the scene back in 2009 as the debut artist of Albright College’s Lion Records college label as D’Ray Sonshine. After an R&B release of “The Reflection” Dev has been fine tuning his craft releasing mix tapes and performing at clubs around the Philadelphia area. Dev Leone is also on the writing team for Chris Brown, with writing credits on Chris Brown’s upcoming album release.  Dev’s 2017 solo Hip-Hop album release of “Emancipation” is under his label Ifodige Productions, Inc. / Honor Roll Hustle and features of some of Philly’s best upcoming talent such as Zero (currently featured on Tory Lanez upcoming album), A-1 Twig, John Mastermind Meyers and Philly Chase.
