Following the success of his standout tracks 'The Drift' and 'Complications', Swiss producer Khainz returns to Spectrum with a dynamic new collaboration. Teaming up with Colombian star KhoMa, the duo deliver two anthemic sure shots in: 'Infinite Space' and 'Xcape'.
 
'Infinite Space' propels listeners into orbit with its syncopated synth melody, ethereal vocals, and rocket-fuelled kick drum, creating a wonderfully immersive soundscape that captivates the imagination.

Peter’s Sharp Lines is back…

In 2018 one of the label’s most successful releases was the EP of label boss Peter Makto, which in addition to the 4/4 version also came with a break beat remix and the acapella.
Since the release, Katya’s angelic vocal appeared in numerous mashups and unofficial reworks, but we want to surprise the scene with a dancefloor oriented official remix EP, aimed for DJs.

We are happy to welcome on the label our good friend Miyagi, who, as you would expect, made a brilliant deep house remix for us. Exciting journey, flawless groove, an uplifting break and drop make the track unforgettable.

Peter and Gregory also did a rework on the original and created a melodic house tune, which perfectly fits into the direction their sound is heading recently. It’s a peak time bomb and 100% DJ friendly.

The 3rd remix was made by another Truesounds Music artist: Justrice takes us into the dark world of melodic techno. Atmospheric sound, easily fills out the big halls as well.

The pack also contains the original deep house version, we hope that those who just discovered this track will like it and can use it in their sets.

The fifth release of the label ‘Infinite Depth’ will be in the name of the very talented German producer aacht (@aacht). He created two pretty minimal and deep originals, of which one is in collaboration with the French duo Meastral (@Meastral). My Flower (@Myflower) and Beswerda (@Beswerdamusic) each managed to compose a more uplifting remix of the originals. 

The title track of the EP is called ‘Wostok’. A deep, minimal and melodic track with a melancholic, but hopeful melody, which gives you the feeling of being in a place between light and dark and between good and evil. 

My Flower took these light and hopeful parts of the original track and turned it into a more uplifting and driving track. Still he achieved to keep the floating idea by adding his own catchy synths which are flowing through the whole track.

The third track called ‘Étoile Mourante’ is the collaboration between aacht and Meastral. In this minimal track the darker part of the EP is exposed through the heavy bass and frightening background sounds. But unless the darkness in this track they have accomplished to add some crazy groove to it.

In the remix ‘Étoile Mourante’, Beswerda made use of the minimality of the original by building a new layer of recognizable melodies and keeping the groove in the lower parts. This remix brings a more harmonious and powerful end to the EP, which will go into the books as ‘ID005’.

Ready for the summer vibes? We definitely are! At the very latest after having danced to the freshest Jaw Dropping Records EP - brought to you by no one less than Marc Molina and Calypse. Just in time for the hottest season! Marc was born and raised in Barcelona and is known for super groovy productions on labels like Frequenza. Maura and Shana both make the female only DJ duo Calypse. They are based in Rome and are the perfect fit for this Southern European co-production EP. “Free Souls” is the name of the main track of the release. The influence by both their warm Southern regions are undeniable. They created a house track carried by a round kick and driving hi-hats with a catchy and deep synth melody and club-ready drops. For the second track of the Ep (“Spiritual Warfare”) Marc Molina decided on a harder vibe and went more in the melodic techno direction that suits Jaw Dropping Records just as good as the softer productions that we've been showcasing this year. But what would be a Jaw Dropping release without some amazing remixers? Berlin's Foolik took “Free Souls” and made his very own deep-house version - with a punchy kick and less drama. He knows how to make people dance (not to mention his outstanding releases on Jaw Dropping's sister label Jannowitz Records or Katermukke). His remix is energetic and light at the same time. Perfect for festival season! Talking about festival season: Here comes Peter Groskreutz. The second remixer on “Free Souls Ep”. His remix of the title track is faster and darker but on the same side hold on to the the catchiness of the original. The perfect edition for a diverse release that provides music to music lovers of all kinds!
