The 5th volume of our Free Dubstep series is here, in what will be its last outing for the foreseeable future. So that makes it all the better that we've gone out with our best one yet!

We have a returning cast of label regulars in the form of 1point5, Ekula and Tik&Borrow who bring their various percussive flavours to proceedings. Hexy follows up from his October EP with a track that showcases a different side to his production, whilst Qwirk brings those grimey flavours we love in his production in preparation for his debut EP on the label in January 2022.

We see the welcome return of Mungk to the label following his last release on the label in 2019, whilst we also welcome back Coxon and SHVA who delve back into the dubstep side of their productions following their mutant shenanigans on Coxon's 'ICKY EP' in 2019. Last but not least, we have newcomers Mentom and Tmbr who smash it out of the park with their track 'Find Me', and Nomia who kicks off the release with his sublime track 'Bellstep' - expect to see more of this trio in the future!

We are super excited to be presenting SaidWho’s debut solo EP as our twenty-first official release. Formerly known as James Mannion, SaidWho’s dark, techy style of bass production seeps through the entirety of the ‘Banshee’ EP. Since moving to the new alias, SaidWho has been refining and tweaking his signature sound to achieve bass-heavy perfection with absolute precision.

The title track ‘Banshee’, laced with eerie high end synth melodies converges to make way to murky droning bass sounds and sharp drum movement. The catchy vocals and highly impactful synth stabs of ‘Chase & Run’ follow this as we then roll into ‘Leaked’ with its masterfully crafted percussive rolls and lurking layers of sub. The ever dependable Mofaux steps forward on remix duty with a killer recreation of ‘Chase & Run’ in his usual and unique crunchy bass-driven style.

To celebrate reaching 5000 Followers on SoundCloud, we've gone in a bit of a different direction this time and asked artists both old and new to the label to remix 4 tracks from the back catalogue.

Fork and Knife reworks 'Brain in my Way' by Tik & Smuggla into a Funky-Grime hybrid whilst Zemon reworks another of the duos tunes, '0800', into a 4x4 number. Fiyahman is on the remix for man like Thorpey, turning Powah into a Garage infused Bassline banger and Tik&Borrow take Wölfe's 'Charlie' from their Debut EP to put their Neuro-Grime twist on it.
