The very first time I heard of Metta & Glyde was with their single Elixir almost 3 years back. since then we have strengthened our bond, growing a friendship, building Regenerate together, as well as dabbling in collaboration, which led to Storm, our FSOE release from 2019.  Now it is time to kickstart a passion project of ours together.  And we will launch Regenerate’s side-label, Surgikal, with our brand new collaborative single, The Unfamiliar.

We would say it tugs at your heart strings but we would be lying, it forgoes all that foreplay to instead tug even harder at your junk down below to bring you to absolute musical climax.  Sorry, not sorry.

This production process was such a proverbial tennis match of ideas, and the conglomeration of all of it is now ready to kick start the concept that is Surgikal.

Having rocked the remix of RAM’s ‘Clockwork Orange’ last month it’s great to be able to keep up the momentum of quality Ahmed Romel productions with this top shelf remix of ‘In Memory of You’ by Ciaran McAuley.
