2023 started off with a bang for rising DJ/ Producer Leena Punks with a Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1 by Charlie Hedges (her second in 6 months) for 'Dawn of the Dead’ a collaboration with Sub-X. 

Following her previous release 'Mirage' on Stress Records back in August, 'OOO (Out Of Office)' is Leena's next to drop on the label. It gets right underway with a quick, stabby melody, which bounces throughout the track. Not just the melody but many of the elements in this tune hark back to the 90s. With energetic vocals, guiding you through the song; the massive build-ups and ethereal breakdowns make you crave those booming kicks. 

Before venturing into music production Leena was a resident DJ for a number of years, securing residencies at iconic clubs such as Fabric, XOYO and Ministry of Sound, Leena has also played various shows in cities across Europe including Ibiza, Zurich and Berlin.

Robert and Lyric Hood return as Floorplan to Classic Music Company with another double release of divine house goodness. 'We Give Thee Honor' is a high energy rave number with an instantly recognisable hook as a syncopated organ stab is juxtaposed with a wild vocal loop and unpredictable gospel interjections, creating the unique energy of worship in full flow. The second cut, 'Makes Me Wanna', has a more minimal approach to production, playing to Floorplan's club expertise. Both tracks are packed full of powerful, feminine vocals that celebrate the duo's spiritual influences.
