Marie Curie (born Maria Sklodowska) was a pioneering physicist and chemist who made groundbreaking contributions to the fields of radioactivity and nuclear physics. She is one of the most famous and influential scientists in history and remains an iconic figure, especially for her accomplishments as a woman in a male-dominated scientific community. This piece is focusing on Curie's importance as a scientist and as a role model.

"Radioactive Discoveries" was commissioned by Svenska Brassbandförbundet for the National Swedish Brass Band Championships in 2024. I have used some time on getting to know the new legato-engine that Cinesamples unveiled with the release of this absolutely amazing sample library.
