Healing November Night är en låt jag skrev för nästan exakt tio år sedan, den 3 november 2012. Då såg jag det där ljuset i mitt sovrum och drömde den där drömmen. Och gick upp och skrev låten. Detta är en remix gjord i Cubase Pro 10.5.

Healing November Night is a song I wrote almost exactly ten years ago, on November 3, 2012. That's when I saw that light in my bedroom and dreamed that dream. And got up and wrote the song. This is a remix made in Cubase Pro 10.5.

I wrote this song in the mid eighties after some difficult times in my life. The song is still one of my best, people keep saying to me: why is this song not well-known and played all around? Well, I did try. My best. I even went to London and played it to a few music publishers there. They liked it. And of course in Stockholm. They liked it too. But, it is a tough business. It never got published. I wrote the music and the lyrics. I sang lead and harmonies and contributed with some arrangements. Thanks to talanted producer Allan Gutheim - here's to you: "Console Me".

The Wound is about feeling hurt in this cruel world, and how we all share the pain when someone close is hurting. The song expresses hope and claims there is strength where there is weakness and light where it seems dark.

Jag skrev New Start med en känsla av nystart i mitt eget liv. Som vanligt utgår jag ifrån mig själv, men låten blev mer än så. Den handlar om ett par som haft en fnurra på tråden och gått skilda vägar. Men hos mannen finns känslorna kvar och han bedyrar att han nu är en ”ny man” och vädjar till henne att släppa in honom i sitt liv igen och börja om på nytt. Han har minsann förändrats och hon borde ge honom en ny chans.

This Christmas was going to be a miserable Christmas. That is at least what I thought when I started to write this song. Everything went wrong. But, as it turned out, Christmas came anyway, as it always does.
