Der Juni-Schleichcast kommt von @samerodehh und verwöhnt eure Öhrchen mit schleichend-funky Tunes, bei denen ihr euch die Tanzschuhe quasi automatisch anziehen wollt. Our June-Schleichcast comes from @samerodehh and spoils your ears with schleichend-funky tunes that will make you want to put on your dancing shoes almost automatically. Or just ditch them, because dancing barefoot is much more fun anyway and the current temperatures leave you almost no other choice. If there is one positive outcome of the pandemic, it is probably the multitude of freshly hatched DJs. Just like our dear Samer, who passed the Corona boredom  turning the knobs on his new controller after moving from Jordan to Frankfurt. We would say, the result is quite fantastic and thank @samerodehh for this sexy mix!

>>Who are you and where are you from?
Well, I'm Samer, and I'm from Jordan, a tiny country in the middle east.

>>When and how did you start your musical journey?
I used to play the guitar and have always been interested in electronic music. When I moved to Frankfurt about 3 years ago, and Covid took over, I decided to buy my first controller and here I am today.

>>What inspired you while creating the set?
For this set specifically, I wanted to share a different side of me which I never shared before. Summer is here, life is coming back to normal, and I felt like dancing, letting go of everything with some disco sounds.

>>What do you particularly like about "slow" music?
"the journey" itself is what I like the most, the idea of being able to listen to every detail, the elements, and the originality in a track makes me feel a certain form of connection to the story behind the track and the artist. Also, dancing slowly makes me feel calm and that helps me stay focused and see things more clearly than dancing to fast music.

>>Which moment of your artist life has had a lasting influence on you?
My first gig for sure, that's when I experienced for the very first time a real connection between me and people that I don't know, only through music, it was the first time to let people ride in my boat.

>>Your perfect cure against a hangover.
Nothing is nicer than a bed, hugging a pillow and a water bottle right next to you. Also, a big plate of salad always makes me feel good after an unhealthy night :D

Through its sonic narrative, the release explores diverse shades of progressive house, featuring remixes by Tali Muss @talimuss , Sunchain @sunchainmusic , and 8PAJ2 @pajproduction  —three rising talents in the global underground scene.

The original mix of Jackelele is a vibrant anthem, driven by a captivating rhythmic structure, African vocal elements, and organic instruments woven seamlessly with modern electronic textures. Tali Muss enhances the groove with a more direct, club-friendly approach, while staying true to the original spirit.
