Active since 2012, there’s a sense the German producers / DJs get better with every release, crafting immersive journeys marked by cinematic sound design and groove-ridden dancefloor sensibilities. ‘The Neverending Story’ epitomises this approach. ‘Mockingbird’ is a blissful end-of-night burner, marked by humming b-lines and lush multi-layered synths – a prog classic-in-the-making. Like its mythological title, ‘Hades&Persephone’ is a study in darkness vs light, as rugged percussive layers and full-bodied drums build an atmospheric brew before the track takes a divine uplifting turn.

The original mix is a slow-burning, refined journey in sound. A pulsing low-end groove forms the backbone, while delicate synth layers echo and evolve throughout—never rushed, always unfolding. Twilight Music Sculpture allows the track to develop with patience: airy pads, minimal percussion, and subtle melodic shifts create an immersive flow that gently pulls the listener inward. It’s not just a dance track—it’s a mood-setter, perfect for open spaces, sunrise moments, or deep listening sessions.

Victim (SE) offers a stripped-back and more club-focused take. His remix preserves the introspective tone of the original while giving it a sharper rhythmic edge. With tighter drums, a more driving low-end, and restrained melodic phrasing, he builds a version that’s tailored for darker floors and peak hours—keeping the emotion intact, but turning up the intensity.
