I am a composer, songwriter, guitarist, singer and lover of all things music.  Style is always a flexible avenue, i adore different ways to write and am keen to explore new ideas to express my ever expanding sonic thirst. 

I started playing guitar when i was 15 and wrecked my beautiful classical guitar playing grunge. Joined my first band at 17 and kept getting heavier and more extreme musically, also at the same time exploring Melbourne's underground rave and psy trance scene, later working in venues with glitch hop and DnB acts, I got a firm idea of what i liked inside Electronic music. I had a few talented mates help me out with the logistics of using the software and how to manipulate audio waves.

 Wayward &  Lost   is the pseudonym of Josh Schmid (Mixdup) and Curtis O'Brien(Curtis the Destroyer), two already established Midwest electronic musician's joining forces in Spring2016 to  focus  primarily on  the  darker Aesthetics of Techno.  The duo released 2 original  tracks ; "Walking away" with theSEED"(NYC/Denver) and "Detroit is" on "Elecrified Mindz"(Florida). As well as re-mixing  the  well-established artists  Annix TM (Detroit Techno  Militia) & Joey Cozzo(Electrified Mindz & Tommy Boy).  Having signed multiple original tracks to TOXIC RECORDINGS due for release early 2017, Wayward & Lost show no sign of slowing down.
