With a distinctive sound developed through tireless attention to musicality and artistry, Stick Figure has redefined American reggae music with his latest album, Wisdom, released on September 9th, 2022. As with his previous releases, Wisdom was written, produced and recorded by Scott Woodruff, a self-taught musician, at Stick Figure-owned Great Stone Studios in Oakland, CA, former home of Green Day.
 
Wisdom is Stick Figure’s seventh album and follows the unprecedented success of 2019’s World on Fire, which peaked at number 34 on the Billboard Top 200, #6 overall Top albums, #1 Independent, and #1 Reggae album. World on Fire has sold over 300,000 copies including streaming equivalents, according to Nielsen soundscan data. Stick Figure’s catalog has now sold well over one million copies and been streamed over three billion times. 

Wisdom is a journey and a search for what matters in life–a search for meaning, purpose, place and belonging. Wisdom is a code to live by where we can accept that it is ok to start over, to make mistakes, to love, and to feel pain. It is a reminder to focus on the little things that bring joy and know that all of it is a part of our individual story. It also shows us that we should have some fun doing it all! In signature Stick Figure style, Wisdom can bring peace and happiness in the dark moments as well as in the good times, and the benefits of the music can stay with the listener long after the record has stopped spinning.

Homegrown in Denver Colorado, Tatanka is a trio specializing in the sounds of dub, progressive reggae, and electro soundscapes. Heavy Caribbean drum and bass grooves provide the pulse for the party as the music invites you to get down and dirty. This trio of denver dub samurai’s just recently released they re first studio E.P. entitled Sounds in Technicolor. Sounds in Technicolor has reached over 4,000 downloads through Tatanka’s website and social networking sites. The release has been dubbed as drum and bass music for a new generation, a twist on new and old reggae riddim’s and an instant classic. The pulsing basslines provided by Tatanka’s Malonestar seem to rock the mind into trance while Champian’s guitar work and The Mexico’s hi-hat, snare and kick drum 4/4 playing styles pepper over the top of the album’s four track’s almost flawlessly.
Tatanka has shared the stage with many major national and international acts that include but are not limited to: Eoto, Slightly Stoopid, The Motet, Easy Star All-Stars, The Black Seeds, John Brown’s Body, The Expendables, Groundation, Iration, Passafire and more. The Tatanka trio continues to push they’re sound to the next level. Dub rock Syndicate recently gave the boys the title “the up and coming kings of dubtronic.â€ Tatanka has now been touring for over two years and will continue to do so. CHAMPIAN, MALONE★ and THE MEXICO are all determined to bring the dub madness to a city near you.

Coming out of Fresno, California, White Glove Service is a 6-piece reggae-centered band making their break into national touring. Combining a smooth blend of styles, including reggae, rock and funk elements, their guitar and saxophone parts give rise to harmony, while the bass and heavy drums power through for and undoubtably original sound. 



The band released their first full length album titled “NonStop” in March, 2015. After 2 years of continuous touring and recording, WGS was able to release their second full length album titled "INFINITE" in march of 2017.




Aaron and Stilz started to write music together when they were still in high school. They met up with their vocalist Jake Caswell, and formed the band after graduation. This was near the end of 2010. They welcomed new members Greg Rodriguez (former jazz studio musician) on saxophone, and Andrew Knoblauch (former WGS roadie) on samples & dubs, to complete their line-up. Their original drummer parted ways with them, and Jose Esparza (former studio drummer for various Latin groups) joined the group in 2013. 

With a full compliment of talented members, they began to create music and travel together. Within a few months they headed off for their first tour, in January of 2013. They produced both of their studio albums, as well as two music videos, with Justin Rosander of JSM Recording Studio. 

It was December of 2014 when the guys felt it was time to quit their day jobs and be dedicated to pushing their music and message. They moved in to the same home and began to work on their dreams as a unit.

Ever since they committed to playing music on a full time basis, the band has played in excess of 300 shows. They have opened for groups including Katchafire, The Expendables, Slightly Stoopid, E40, SOJA, Damien Marley, Lupe fiasco, Rebelution, Ziggy Marley, Fishbone, 311, Dirty heads, Steel Pulse and many more.

White Glove Service is the result of a musical union of dedicated musicians, writing songs to make listeners feel great, while carrying high the band’s own messages and passionate words about their personal experiences. Each member has their own tales to tell, whether it’s through thoughtful, expressive lyrics, or the way they play their respective instruments. It all works to make each song very different from the next, and gives an experience that is real to the listener. As the band put it themselves, “We are influenced by all styles of music from Island Reggae to Hip hop, it’s all about the flow of music and the message to us."

Funky, Punky and Intergalactic: Skunk Funk traveled from the dystopian planet of Esoterra only to crash land onto a small suburb in American Canyon, CA. In orbit or on Earth, it is their sole mission to bring every crowd they woo an animated yet uplifting and off the wall experience. A spellbinding fusion of Punk/Funk/Ska is their medium of choice in their battle against degradation and lameness.

Over the course of the last 4 years, they have managed to independently release an EP entitled “Too Fresh to Function” and a full-length album entitled “Possession 4 Sale”. Most recently, they have released they're best work yet through their 2018 "Cirque Du Skank" EP, which also comes with music video. Their new full-length album, "Skunk Soup", is being served up 1/23/2021. They plan on recording and performing live in 2021, when it is safe to do so.

Rising from the ashes of various Central California Reggae and Punk bands Item 9 began in the summer of 2013.
The band is comprised of Baby D (Vox), JDubb (Bass), Krisco (Drums) Justin (Guitar) and Martin (Lead Guitar)
Blending Reggae and Ska with elements of Punk, Dub and even a little Metal make the bands sound one that can't be ignored.

Members of Item 9 are no strangers to the music scene having been involved in numerous Reggae, Ska and Punk bands throughout the years.

KBong is a singer-songwriter inspired by traveling, hiking and spending time with family. KBong currently has 4 full length albums and continues to release music as a solo artist. Based out of San Diego, he is also a member of the reggae band @StickFigure.

I love putting together a melody with words, and producing music that allows me to spill out what's in my heart or on my mind. I went through a stage where I made up silly little love songs in metaphoric form, but I miss singing about real-life experiences. 
So here's to a new year, a new season, and new experiences with my music.
