DJ and producer, Ape Drums, has been on a roll. After closing out 2016 with collaborations featuring Major Lazer, Lil Uzi Vert & his track “Mutant Brain” featured in a worldwide Kenzo campaign directed by Spike Jonze, 2017 sees him make his return to Mad Decent with single "Deva" — an energetic banger that follows his signature dancehall rhythms mixed with electronic production. The song came together on a recent trip to Jamaica where Ape Drums linked with Dancehall veteran Suku, who laid the vocals for the track.
