An old track from 2011 I made based on some chords MarkeyJester had written for a song in one of his many homebrew projects over the years. I still really enjoy how this turned out.

Somebody pointed out that the guitar solo near the end kind of sounds like Tidal Tempest Good Future from the US Sonic CD soundtrack. I never realized this initially, so my bad for the unintentional ripoff. :P

Momo passed away today. She was actually on my lap as I was making this tune, hence the title featuring her. I still remember her just chilling and purring while I struggled to reach for the mouse and keyboard on the desk above my Yamaha P-115.

She was an intelligent and talkative cat with the softest fur in the world. She loved being pet on the neck, head, and under the chin. I miss you Momo. I still can't believe you're not here with me anymore..

You won't be forgotten, my best friend.

May you rest in peace and enjoy life and all the kitty treats in the cat heavens above <3
