Aligned with the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse I release this set, which was partly created and after edited in the last Psilocybin Ceremony I hosted with my dear friend Surya Das. Supported by the grand maestros — the Apus of the Sacred Valley — we opened the space for inner healing and transformation.

As always, please note: Breathwork is generally safe to practice on your own, but I personally would only recommend doing so after a few sessions with a good guide. First to make sure you are secure in your breathing technique, and second to check that you are comfortable integrating the emotions and insights that may come up. If you don't feel ready to do breathwork on your own, make sure you have a trusted person with you (in person, or if necessary over digital communication) who can guide/hold space for you!

It activates your evolutionary potential and is calling you into the fullness of your complete being.

Native American Flute with Tibetan Bowls (2hz Binaural Beat).  This track is based on an F# tone (at a=432hz tuning) for activating the heart chakra.  The flute was made by Coyote Oldman.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.
