From Innerground Records, the seminal label co-founded by the legendary DJ Marky, comes the highly anticipated forthcoming album and the label's 100th release: Innerground 100. Out on the 5th November and featuring some of the best respected artists in drum & bass, including Marky himself, Random Movement, Alibi, Collette Warren, Paul SG, Pola & Bryson and more, the album draws inspiration from the past 18 years of Innerground’s vast history and impact on the Drum & Bass movement, and the signature latin influences of DJ Marky that have brought excitement and vitality to stages around the globe.

Since its inception in 2003, Innerground has been one of the driving forces in D&B; a constantly innovating label that, outside of its stunning catalogue of releases from the likes of DJ Patife, Calibre, Nookie, S.P.Y, Voltage, Digital, T>I and Total Science, has created groundbreaking technology with Serato, synced with FIFA Street 2 and collaborated with Blue Peter to support music education. Over 20 years into his career, Marky is still one of the best loved and most in demand DJs in the scene. During the pandemic he was one of the first DJs to start a regular live stream to keep connected with fans, swiftly growing a Twitch audience of over 16k followers. Personal milestones include being the first Brazilian DJ to have a top 15 hit in the UK with the iconic 'LK', which led to numerous TV & radio performances, including the legendary Top of The Tops; being the first Brazilian to have a residency at Fabric; as well remixing Fatboy Slim, Everything But The Girl, Claude Von Stroke and Deadmau5.

A funky fast guitar-filled banger, 'Patty Melt' sees rapid drums and airy synths balance over an undulating groovy bass guitar, which Random Movement recorded live on his 5-string Fender Jazz, to create a track you can’t help but move to. If the Innerground sound is synonymous with anyone alongside that of Marky you would certainly be forgiven for thinking that it's Random Movement!

Hailing from Winter Haven in Florida, Random Movement has been creating his own unique brand of soulful drum & bass for the last 17 years with releases on esteemed labels including Innerground, Hospital, V, CIA and Good Looking Records.

It comes with great excitement that we announce a brand new duo to the world with this debut EP release, it's one that we've been relishing over ahead of the pending arrival date for the past few months. We are pleased to reintroduce Survival & Script to the fold, better known via a collective pairing as SCAR.

Mapping out a blueprint of callous creations with hair-raising atmospherics, we are ready to unveil the very first release from the pair, with their conscription being aptly titled the “Call To Arms EP”. We kick off with 'Censorship' by Hydro & War. It's an intense roller with light paced drums that work perfectly with the gritty, distorted bassline and mid sounds. Not for the weak-hearted! On the flip we find Sint-Petersburg based Eastcolors remixing 'Polygraph' by Mindmapper & Silvahfonk.
